Recently purchased a 2020 Suzuki GSXR-750 from Mineolamoto & let me just say this dealership is where you NEED to go if you want a straight forward, no-nonsense, honest, & friendly purchasing experience. Kenny helped me get the process done quickly & treated me with utmost respect compared to seeing me as "just another sale". He broke everything down right in front of me after I told him exactly what I wanted & answered all my questions - even after dealership hours. There is nothing more I appreciate than good customer service and attentiveness. I was shopping around for the new 2020 Yamaha MT-03. I reached out online through their website to make this transaction happen (due to covid-19) the showroom is closed and only open by appointment. Needless to say, the transaction went well & smooth enough to not need to ever enter the showroom. Kenny reached out to me via email and we exchanged all necessary information, paperwork, signatures through email. Everything was diligent , fast and efficient. At no point did I feel pressure to buy anything (this is a normally a huge turn off for me), the whole transaction was very casual, smooth, & professional in every manner. The biggest key thing that led me to buying with them was that they were able to top an offer I got from another dealer, so that was an automatic yes for me. Great customer service + great pricing, I was instantly in. I made the appointment to go pick up the motorcycle the next day. When I arrived, I was given my paperwork & signed whatever additional necessary items were needed to finalize the transaction. They walked me to the motorcycle and showed me all the features that the motorcycle had. He also wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable enough to ride, and that if I didnt, to leave it there and come back another time. (That was a really nice offer for someone who may be a first time nervous rider). Nonetheless, I took it , hopped on the highway, & got home. The bike was obviously amazing and great in every way. Outstanding service - Luis particularly in sales has always been helpful, even without buying a motorcycle from him! Testrides are encouraged and that is definitely something in NYC you can't find! Amazing inventory in bikes and a nice boutique for riding gear. The after-sales is good too, but the price of the mechanic/hour is a bit high (works diligently though!)

This place is amazing !!! Kenny placed a order for me on a 2021 slingshot ...I was away on vacation when The bike came in but thanks to Kenny he took care of everything for me and when I got back all I had to do was sign and drive away it doesn't get no better than that ,at the end of the signing their was No hidden fees !!!No surprises !! Phil went through everything with me before signing and went over all the details and functions of the bike !! If you're reading this stop and look no further this place is the truth !!

Can't recommended them enough! Really appreciate Phil's patience with me. Went in looking for a 2021 MT 07 found that there's none in stock. Left Phil with my number and received a call within a few hours with exactly what I was looking for. Made the process seamless just had to walk in take care of the payment and walkout. These guys are the best. They will not rush or push you like other dealers who are trying to make a quick buck off you. These guys take care of you here. I purchased a bike here in August 2016 and they've always helped me when I had a problem with the bike and got me the service I needed in a timely manner. The selection is great, from all Japanese makes to a great selection of Indian models and used bikes too. If you're in the market for a new or used bike, go speak with Luis or Phil and tell them Dana sent you. This is a great family owned business and they treat their customers the right way which is why I visit often just to even say hi. Great experience overall.

I was looking to buy a suzuki burgman 400. I contacted the dealership and they responded quickly. They had one left in stock. I was interested in financing. The reason I gave 4 stars is because at first I was seeing a few important details on their website and the salesman wasn't aware of certain financing deals going on at the time so he was telling me different information but I continued to say look at the website. I was right in the end and I understand people make mistakes but my point is buyer be aware. I ended up going through with the sale. Once things were moving along the dealership communicated with me very well and were flexible on pick up day. A few days after having my bike I couldn't get it to start. I texted my salesman (on a sunday and they are closed) and he answered within a few minutes and helped me through it. I got the bike to start and I was very appreciative of him helping me especially on his day off. The store itself is spotless clean, organized and a great show room. I would recommend this store. read more

I've bought a lot of bikes and dealt with a lot of dealerships in my time and this operation is top notch in every way. My initial phone call to Kenny in sales was very encouraging. Honest, straight-talk, no BS and a great price immediately. The buying process was a breeze. Everything I asked for, including installing an aftermarket shock and brake pads was gladly accommodated. The cherry on top is Jim, the mechanic. This shop has everything. They treat you great, have great prices, a beautiful showroom with clean restrooms and a comfortable waiting area and a great mechanic to boot. Jim is as good as it gets. After a disappointing exchange with the local Harley dealers , I remembered a good experience with an Indian demo day and salesmen from a year or two earlier and so I then wandered over to Mineola moto to refresh my memory with the Indians and the local dealer . After careful consideration both technically and from the feel good aspect of the purchase of a third motorcycle that I wanted rather than needed I waived in the 2019 Chieftan Classic a choice I remain very happy with as the bike is a masterpiece and runs like a beast ( with the stage one performance upgrade) . The gentlemen on the sales floor were fair and professional in our dealings and I will recommend Jim and Phil as such and only hope that I can expect a positive experience from the service side of the dealership . As for the bikes and the technology and as a long time Harley fan and owner , go ride one and see for yourself as the Indians are really taking it to the competition , and truly "competition breeds excellence " and either way ride safe always my brothers !!! This shop participates in bike renting services through http://www.ezriderrentals.com. I rented a bike from them for a day. I laid the bike while standing still and so placed a few 3-4 scratches on the exhaust and on the tank. To give a better sense of the damage, my leg slipped and I just did not hold it but resisted the fall as much as I could, so there were even no dents. One of the guys inspecting the bike after I brought it back said it was not a big deal but the owner (I believe he was the owner) said that he had to sell the bike eventually and decided to count the damage as the price for the new tank, the new exhaust and full labor and tax, of course. I walked out with a bill of $986 for these scratches. That is besides the rental price, of course. Perhaps I am wrong feeling that I was cheated. No anger, just sad... You decide when considering using their services. read more

This is a defective and they knew it. So they had the never to charge him a 1200.00 . So the torque was recalled. The owner never came to them knowing what was going on and held the bike for 3 weeks no less. I am reporting this to Indian and we will never go back there again, also we spoke to a group that is part of Indian they said ever since the old manager left it was bad and they take there bikes to Westchester to be repaired. Shame on them for treating him this way and we were going to go and do another round of bikes with them. Hell no!!!!! you lost a family of Indians and will move over to Harley's......... disappointed sorry Jim....

My salesperson was professional, respectful, and very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership's management was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the time I had previously informed them (5:45 pm), but the manager became angry, raised his voice at me, and canceled all of my paperwork because he wanted to leave for dinner with his family. As a customer, I felt disrespected and embarrassed. This was supposed to be one of the happiest and most exciting days of my life, purchasing my first motorcycle. Instead, it became one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. Because of this, I decided not to continue with the purchase. I do not recommend this dealership based on how management treated me. Customers deserve respect, especially when making such an important and emotional purchase. The only positive part of my experience was my salesperson, who handled himself professionally and tried to help me despite the situation.

He's slick talking and he's always 'giving you a deal'. I had a small throttle cable issue on my 03 Bonneville that only required taking the tank off and adjusting the position of the cable. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the tools to do it. Sean said they'd knock it out real quick and 'give me a deal'. When he handed me a bill for $280 I reluctantly paid that knowing I'd probably never come back there again. Also, next time I went to take my seat off, noticed that both stock Triumph seat bolts were gone and they just threw on 2 different bolts that weren't even the same length. I did buy brake pads from them once and they didn't over charge for those. I did the brake pad replacement myself tho... So maybe, if you need parts, see what they've got but don't have them touch your bike. Don't get your bike inspected there either. They'll charge you double what it costs

NEVER AGAIN! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! i had a recall on my bike so i sent it over to mineola motto only because it was the closest suzuki dealership to me. I then received a phone call saying that my bike needed the "platinum service" which is just new fluids, spark plugs, and a clutch adjustment for around $550. i knew that the price was a little steep but i figured you know what they already have my bike let them do the work and inspect it and i would be road ready with no headache, so i told them go ahead and do it. a couple of days later i received another phone call saying that my back rotor was warped and it needed to be replaced i asked the price and the total of my job went from a $0 recall to a $1100 job very quickly. I told them to do nothing to bike except the recall. Took my bike to another shop, back rotor was not warped and the total price for the job was $250. Morale of the story DO NOT USE MINEOLA MOTTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Horrible business ppl....They rip you off and you can not do anything about it because they hold your vehicle hostage....claiming they are ordering parts!! I have been waiting since Sept 2013, I have been paying insurance and car payments every month and I can't get a professional answer from the so called mechanics at this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I did not want to give any stars but I could not post a review without at least one. The repair mgr is ignorant, lacking any type of customer relation personality. HE IS TREATS CUSTOMERS IN A RUDE AND DISREPECTFUL WAY. HORRIBLE !!! read more

Bought a brand new 2020 Indian Scout Sixty Bobber! I created a build online and submitted it without much thought about actually buying one. Kenny contacted me the next day and was excellent in providing me all the details which included trading in an older motorcycle. Once I make a deposit, Kenny provided me step by step instructions and updates until the bike was delivered to me (for free). I had never been to the shop. Amazing dealer. It was a breeze shopping there. Luis was terrific and helped me out all the way. I called them up 1 day in advance. and the next day went at 1pm and walked out with a brand new bike. Kenny and his team run a phenomenal shop. They were all very nice, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable on the motorcycles they have in stock. They explained everything that came with the motorcycle I purchased, including any promotions, and the different warranty's applicable to my bike.
