Okay.. story time.. a few months back I was really going through some tough times and as a woman we all know this means my poor hair took the brunt of it. I cut 15inches off my hair. I asked the stylist to give me an elongate A-line. I got a mushroom head haircut instead. Literally looked like Lord Farquhar. Well I went to get it fixed and the owner of the salon apparently mistook A-line for Pixie (whaaaaaat!?) and literally chopped my freaking hair the rest of the way off. Me desperate and saving for months was so excited when I made an extension appointment and it was just in time for a huge upcoming event! I got blew off at the last minute! The stylist (who's lucky I'm not naming her) "thought I wasn't going to come" like what even!? Mingo *my Angel sent straight from Mexico* this Bad Bitch, after driving 5 hours home from a vacation down in Mexico.. at 8 o clock at night took me and turned me into a bad bitch. Despite being exhausted He literally KILLED IT and made my hair to die for! Not only did he nail my hair but he made me so comfortable immediately! Such a fast friend. He and his lovely assistant made me laugh and feel more happy and normal then I've felt in awhile. I feel like myself again and it's literally thanks to this BAD BIIIITCHH!!! Best hairstylist ever!!! He will literally go above and beyond to get you the look what you want without damaging it, and to me that is really important. I'm currently going from box brown to blonde and let me tell you the process is going by better than I imagined. I've always been scared of getting an ugly orange, over priced, or having my hair become fried, BUT mingo doesn't allow for any of that to happen! He's very understanding and caring. As he is bleaching and toning my hair he doesn't take his eyes off my hair to make sure it doesn't pass it's limit time. I was ready to go in and cut a foot off my hair because it was very dry and puffy when I got to him, and with some mingo magic I left cutting less than an inch after bleaching It because somehow he managed to make my hair healthier AFTER bleaching! I don't know how he does it but he gets the job done. I tried doing my hair at home and ended up damaging it more. I had a week until my baby shower party and called Mingo and he was able to fit me in the next day. He took his time and fit me in 3 sessions, colored my extensions for me and installed them In my hair and still having days to spare for my baby shower coming up. After just the first session my hair felt much healthier and softer and get better more and more each session. I was embarrassed about my hair and the damage I did myself at home but he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed there. He made me laugh and the environment is just so fun and relaxed there. Yesterday was my first time meeting and going to mingos beauty salon. I had went in there with a different hair color on my mind. Therefore mingo got me out of my comfort zone since I always like having light hair colors on my hair. I never really went dark on my hair, and since my hair it dry and fragile at the moment. Mingo was easy to contact and responded all the time and quickly. He was very personable, welcoming, and very accommodating. I have no ac in my car right now and he made sure the room got nice and fresh for me very sweet. There wasn't an awkward moment being that he is very sociable and has tons of hilarious stories.
