Ordered a dish to go while traveling. I walked in the door and was immediately hit with the smell of mothballs. Not a big deal right? I assume they are trying to mitigate flying pests that are inevitable in the Midwest. However, upon taking my first bite of the sesame chicken I certainly tasted the distinct mothball essence in their food. Gross. Mothballs are toxic. read more

This used to be my favorite Chinese takeout... now there's always a reason they can't deliver orders. Yesterday during lunch they said they sent delivery driver home cuz they are slow. Today they changed how far they deliver to. I've been ordering delivery from there for about 10 years or more (same address). It's frustrating to never know what the next excuse is and if you'll be able to order or not. Consistency is key to a successful business. read more

It was late on a Saturday. I had to cancel plans and I needed something to satisfy my hunger. I called to order, it was after 9pm. The woman informed me politely that they had closed for the day. I said "damn I'm sorry I must have misread the internetz" she paused for a second and asked what I wanted. In shock I mumbled through my order. She said ok it's easy and will be ready soon and I must leave now. I leave as soon as I get off the phone. The place is only 3 minutes from my house and it's already ready when I show up. At that moment she recognizes me as a regular customer and tells me she's giving me ten percent off. I take the ten percent off and give a 40 percent tip. I get home and its fresher than the morning snow. Great food great family great price. Not open on Sundays because it's family owned. read more

Extremely fast delivery! We ordered and 25 minutes later, the food was there. That was a major plus and my main reason for the two stars. I really enjoyed the kung pao beef and shrimp as it was spicy and delicious and came with a large order of fried rice. The orange chicken was bad, very bad. It was definitely frozen, thawed and had an awful flavorless taste. The spring rolls were decent but I could tell that they weren't fresh. I could probably buy the same thing in the freezer section at Wal-Mart. Overall, even though I'm glad that the delivery was fast and they included plates, silverware and napkins, we probably wouldn't order from here again. Life is too short for bad food. read more

I can't believe these people. I called at 4:00 to make sure they'd deliver to my hotel. I call back at 6 and place my order. Then this very rude lady got on the phone and told me they are too busy and won't deliver. The food was mediocre at best the last time but they delivered. They won't be bothered by me again. What horrible customer service. I even offered to order more or pay $10 extra for delivery. Very rude. read more

One of the best buffets in the Quad City area. It's a small buffet but plenty to choose from. Food is amazing and the one of the cheapest buffets around. The staff are so kind and attentive. read more

I absolutely love their food but I've called the past couple days and APPARENTLY they can't hire a full time delivery driver or are too busy and can't deliver to my place of business. I will unfortunately no longer be calling them, nor stopping into their establishment. Very disappointed!!!! read more

Great Chinese. Best we've found in Davenport. Love the crab rangoons, fried rice, lo mein, green pepper steak, and Peking delight.

Tried their Friday night buffet. Even small buffets can have some of the best food. Not this place. We drove 20+ minutes and I feel like asking for gas money. Rice was over cooked. Mongolian beef tasted like something else entirely. Found flavor in the soy sauce and sweet and sour. The reviewer that said it is the best in the QC clearly has never really had good Chinese food. I can understand a restaurant having a bad night but this can't be the case here. How are they still open?? read more

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. The buffet ended at 2:00 and we had just under 20 minutes to take advantage. The selection of dishes was small but the quality of every dish was excellent. Fresh servings continued to come out even at the late lunch hour. My wife especially loved the Mongolian beef and I especially loved the pork dish. Yum yum yum. read more
