Overall, service has improved since my last review update in April. The ladies who work the morning shift are nice, friendly, and always greet customers when they enter. How is the coffee? The hot coffee, especially the original blend, is really good when it's freshly made. The Caramel Crave Latte is amazing with ice, especially when made correctly by a Dunkin' staff member. The ambiance is casual, with music playing at a moderate volume, unlike other places where it is too loud. Overall, the experience has improved over time, with better customer service from the staff and cleanliness inside this Dunkin' location. How long have I been coming to this Dunkin' location? Ever since it opened a while back. A couple of things I would like to see at this location are more coffee cups and tumblers for sale, similar to what Starbucks offers. It would be amazing if Dunkin' could do something like that.
