They serve gelato as well and they have lots of crystals, which was my sister's favorite part! I like how they had lots of matcha options. Opted for the rose and they gasped if we wanted sweetened or I sweetened matcha. Honestly that was a first, so I was really happy about that. However, they had forgotten to add the rose water to my drink. They were nice enough to add it once we told them. I will be back to try their other options.

When you come in, it's refreshing to see the open space. It's clean with plenty of seating whether you want to sit and dine and work or head to the back to just chill. I got their iced dirty chai. I've been craving one lately and it hit the spot. They had sandwich samples so tried their turkey sandwich. Also I got to meet the owner and he was nice enough to let me try a sample of their chocolate chip cookie which it had sea salt and made with sourdough. It was also warmed up for me. I can taste the combination of the cookie and it was really good. I would get this because it's different and it works. The owner is really nice and explained how they came here to the valley and have other locations in Palmdale.
