This place is still really good and some of the best tacos I've had in the area. The folks taking orders are always nice. The asada is a little on the drier side. I prefer the pastor and pollo tacos. The pollo is usually really good and flavorful and the pastor is always great. I do chorizo tacos sometimes as well. I like shrimp tacos but I got a bad batch once that smelled funny. Anwsered the phone 20 minutes before they closed. Super thankful & he was very kind on the phone. Communication was clear and helpful. I got Birerra tacos and a burrito..The lady at the front was kind too & she was very good with the way she talked to me. The burrito had so much flavor. Wow haha. I will def be coming back. The food here tasted like some dude who doesn't know how to cook went to the grocery store, bought a bunch of things and quickly microwaved it all together.... It's seriously disgusting and a disgrace to any type of mexican food. Respect yourself, don't eat here. Tacos and quesadillas were ok. The rice was so undercooked and crunchy that I think they literally threw the grains of rice into a pot and called it a day. Beans were ok. Green salsa is good. read more

Los Angeles is known for its food trucks, and this is proof that there's a reason. The Carne Asada is fantastic, the burritos are filling, and the tacos are put together with care. Free lime, onion, and radishes are a nice touch. They use cash and an online payment app, but do not take cards at the til. Not really an issue as there are ATMs nearby. They have tables and chairs set up right out front, so there is a seating option but it wouldn't be good for large groups. I'm coming back again for sure. I love this place, when ever im coming home From work and pass by this taco truck Its definitely a must. I absolutely love their carnitas, and well from quesadillas to burritos, and their mulitas They pack them up. After a night of drinking and having fun, before calling it a night its awsome these ppl stay out late for when the drunk munchies hit. And oh yeah this joint absolutely shlaps!!! When you're hungry and you just got off work and it's 2:30 in the morning and you don't want fast food. You need to go to MR tacos. Or just plain hungry. THEY HAVE THE BEST MULITAS I've EVER HAD and I've tried almost every food truck on Sherman Way. They are usually open late until 2 or 3 am. Which is fantastic because no one else Is. The owners are so friendly and nice and welcoming. They have basically everything, from tacos, burritos, tortas, mulitas, gorditas... I absolutely love their chorizo and Al pastor both are so amazing. I seriously come here at least 3 times a week. And I will continue to do so because their food is delicious and prices are fantastic. I can get 3 mulitas and 2 tacos and it's under $11 . Amazing !!! Best tasting Taco Truck in Sherman Way & Milwood Avenue, right in front of Auto Zone. This is my number 1 spot out of the 5 taco stands I tried in Sherman Way. An opinion from a Mexican customer that knows his food. Mario the owner accommodates his customer if you decide you want a custom plate. He also makes customer dishes that are not in the menu. I really like the flavor of the meat and if you tell em no gordo on the meat he'll make sure hell give you the good meat with no gummy fat part if you don't prefer it. Their prices are fair and they're there till 2am, and usually till 3am on Saturdays which most taco trucks on that street don't do. This place also has a grade "A" from the city licensing in food quality and cleanliness. I highly recommend this place for a quick authentic Mexican Food stop. read more

Best tacos in a 20-mile drive radius. Doesn't make any sense to me either, I know, but they are unbelievably tasty. You can be a fan of only one meat or all meats, doesn't matter. Everything they make is insane. Even the chicken is flavorful. Tacos are king, gorditas and molitas a close second. After you understand how good the food is, you come back enough to love the people behind it. Great family and friends business. They legitimately feed my family 3-4x a week because of the flavor, cost, consistency and friendliness. Ask for the onions! We ordered the pastor torta and carne asada burrito. Made to perfection this is a hidden gem in the valley and should have lines down the block. The pastor has hints of sweetness which combined with the salsas blend for an immaculate taste that leaves you wanting more.
