I stopped in here to pick up coffee for my hubby. He loves their dark roast coffee. The gentlemen was nice and friendly. Aldi's also sells other items too. Like home goods, gardening stuff, candles, blankets, etc... The new items come out on Wednesdays so make sure to go on Wednesdays. I will stop at this location again.

I haven't ordered from them yet, but the food items look very yummy and they sell breakfast tacos for $0.99. They have a bakery department that sells fresh pastries and yummy looking cakes and for a very decent price. All their meat items look very fresh. They sell chicharron and other fried items. I had one of them and although, very oily and unhealthy, it was very delicious to have once in a blue moon. Some of the other daily things that you'd typically buy from HEB or Krogers such as chips and drinks are a bit more expensive here, but they place does have a lot of things that aren't sold in those other stores. All their produce looks fresh as well. The parking lot is large. Staff are very friendly.

I was feeling like a Shell of my former self, so I came here for gas and then I felt better. This is a cute little Shell right in the middle of the central heart of the impressive and eclectic city of College Station, right by the mega college campus, where the A&M students will stop when they're close to campus and get some high price gas. Often on their parents' credit cards (where's the lie). There's much cheaper gas around town, so I don't recommend filling up here, but it's conveniently located if nothing else.

They grill the meat and make the sandwiches right in front of you so they are hot and fresh. My wife's cheesesteak was ok. Seemed kind of dry and didn't have any peppers and not too many onions. You choose between whole wheat or white pita, and it's filled with scrambled eggs, your choice of fresh or sautéed spinach, and they add potatoes as well. Then they top it with shawarma chicken, tomato, and a delicious sauce. For $8.5 it was worth every bite. Hands down, a five out of five. I also tried their coffee, which was just a standard brew sitting in ice for hours and nothing special. At $2.50, it was fine, but nothing to write home about. The real stars were the cookies. I got a coconut pecan cookie and an almond crunch cookie, and both were absolutely delicious. I didn't have time to explore the whole store, but there was a great selection of fresh produce, chocolates, and all sorts of small treats.
