I have rented several units in my life as I move frequently and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Property manager says basically nothing she can do it's on corporate. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATLY OR I WILL DO MY PART TO SEE THIS FACILITY IS BLACKLISTED. it's not my problem if I planed to have unit clear by end of month and management took it upon themselves to break policy and place a lock on the unit in order to get some extra money from a customer. They have access hours so if someone comes after hours, they'll know they are up to no good. I was happy with the price and the options I got. I got a 10'x15' space and it was a non-climate controlled space. But get this, technical the building the unit is in? Is temperature controlled which is what I thought climate control was. The climate control takes care of humidity for if you are storing electronics. The gate, the door entrance, the elevator, all are code required to access. And if you are moving items to the unit, you can use their truck at no cost! (reservation required) I am definitely happy to leave my items here at this facility.

I really like coming here because they only charge you for the exact amount of liquified gas that you actually get (in gallons.)
