When we arrived they were so nice even though it was freezing. They loaded up all our luggage for us and the van driver was really nice and got us where we needed to be safely. Then our cruise got extended due to the port closing. Asphalt lots posted on Facebook within 10 minutes of us on the boat receiving the news of the port closing stating they was no need to worry they would hold our vehicles the extra day for no extra cost and would be there to pick us up when we port. We finally got off the boat and I was concerned it was going to be awhile before they picked us up due to the amount of people and the freezing temperatures but they were there waiting with three vehicles ready to get us. I can't recommend this place enough and I will use them every time I cruise out of Norfolk.

Waited in a Hot parking garage on the way and in the sun on the way back. I would pay the extra $20-$30 for week long parking closer to the ship then wait in long lines again. The parking facility is also a 20 minute shuttle ride each way. Never again will I start and end my cruise in long lines.

The self-serve kiosk at the property is not any better. Speaking with a video representative is difficult due to poor audio. I finally moved my stuff out after the 3rd increase in rent. They went ahead and charged me an additional month. Again, without the ability to speak with someone in person, they can do whatever they want and you are basically powerless. I don't recommend renting from any business that doesn't have a rep. on site.
