This was the worst experience of my life. I went in the wrong entrance and Ron comes up calling me an asshole. I shared it wasn't nice to talk to customers like that and he said he doesn't give a shit. I asked for the managers / owners number 3 times and I was given the wrong number each time. To the management / owners: please teach good customer service. This was the worst I've ever experienced. They then threatened to call the cops on me because I shared the wrong number was given. read more

I was in the hospital after a really bad car accident are they sold my unit and never one time contacted me I have no missed calls from them they claim that they called me but yet everybody else was able to reach me except for them and then the manager Victor said well you should've paid your bill on time I was in the hospital how can I pay anything he needs to be fired there was a man that worked there before that he claimed he trained but the man that worked there before was way more professional than him and had never any issue contacting or reaching me in any way shape or form suddenly this guy gets in there and can't reach me! I was looking at a couple other storage facilities before I decided going with Mini-U-Storage. While cost is always a concern, there were several reasons why I decided to rent a storage unit from Mini-U. First, the staff is friendly and helpful. They are easy to speak with and seem to enjoy what they are doing. Second, the facility seems very clean and well-kept. Where other facilities said no or couldn't tell me, the Mini U staff was able tell me that they do have pest control service come out on a regular basis. This is a major plus for them because I'm always concerned about little critters damaging my stuff. Finally, for the amount you pay at other facilities, Mini U has larger units. So I found the rental prices at Mini U to be extremely fair. That is all I was really looking for to rent a unit, and the Mini U staff went above and beyond what they had to by offering a free lock, Avalanche tickets, and incentives to reduce monthly rent. I'm really happy that I decided to go with Mini U. read more

I had a great experience with this location! Tony at the front desk made the whole process amazing! He helped me out with registration and was super helpful and welcoming. I feel very confident that my stuff is secure and safe here! There's pin-code gate entrances into the storage area (on both ends of the lot.) They also have staffed hours every day. My name is Jeff Clark and I rented a unit p15, for approximately 6-7 months. I used to the unit to practice my drumming. The customer service and maintenance man were out of this world! They were kind, generous, accommodating, and diligent. They also assisted me by taking me to my unit on their cart, if the weather was bad or if I had things to carry. These characteristics were extended throughout my stay. They were also available to answer any questions without any hesitation, to even letting me borrow things such as a broom, dust pan, tape. Review for the Penske rental at this location. There was a two-person team working here, and both were extremely helpful in getting the truck set up, going so far as to assist us in actually placing the car on the trailer. Penske is much nicer than U-Haul equipment-wise and seems to be slightly cheaper for one-way rentals than U-Haul. The trailer and truck are both really new and not clanky. I used this location to return a Penske truck and car carrier. The staff was above and beyond! One gentleman went WAY out of his way to help me. He helped me unload my car from the car carrier and drove the truck around to the front parking lot for me. If i ever have to rent a moving truck again, no doubt it will be through Penske and through this location! read more

The staff here are so nice. Didn't up sell me. Picked up the perfect size unit for what I had. You don't have to sign a long contract to get the deal on the first month. Showed me the unit. Brought my friend back on the golf cart so she didn't have to walk. Just friendly human people. Makes me belive there are still good people out there. Made a enormously awful day a little better. The couple that manages this business are outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure I had the most appropriate locker size for my things, and even suggested a smaller unit because it was cheaper and more appropriate. First impression we were a little nervous due to the age/condition of the units and the location. After that we were happy. The employees were always polite and helped out with anything needed. The unit itself was reasonably clean, a few stains on the floor and not sure why there was an exposed water drain in the back of the unit, Made me weary that there would be overflow and give my furniture water damage. Flooding never happened even with the Spring snowfall so everything was good. I think there was someone living out of his car and one of the storage units, very sad. He never bothered us always waved and said hello. Good storage place for the price. read more
