Jenapher called me back right away when I had a question on my bill. She was patient with me because I didn't understand why I was charged another month. She admitted she was new I. I recently rented a unit at 565 Hanover Way in Aurora Co. I needed short term storage after selling a home and prior to closing on the new home. Jenapher is the manager at that location and really went above and beyond to make everything easy. This was the absolute worst customer service ive came across in a long time we booked our unit on line then got a call from the unit we set an appointment up for 12 there was a 2 hour window between our booking and appointment when we arrived the man at the storage unit made me and my husband irritated as he spoke over us and we couldnt explain anything to him we told him we had a lock and were ready to see the saved unit we walked to it and guess what the unit was occupied we walked no golf cart to a second unit again it was occupied finally after more walking he found a third unit available we go back in the office were he proceeds to tell us insurance is required not happy about this as i already pulled just enuff money from the bank so then heres the punch line he says this unit cannot be offered at the originol booking price now im very upset i said i realize all the excuses your bringing up but non of that is my problem as a customer im not paying more money for the same size unit that when i got here was occupied i said never mind he was very arrogant and irritating almost trying to make sure i had the worst experience ever and he succeded so much for professionalism if u wanna wast alot of time then book here this ruined our whole day i highly would not recommend going here and now i got an email offering to be put in for a $500 drawing since i LOL missed my appointment are u kidding me this greesey creepy guy actually told his higher ups we missed our appointment TOTAL LIE!!!!!! I hope they read this and find out he lied he actually told us and i quote that the newer storage places is were its at and he in the process of moving all his stuff out super weird thing to say guy was just plain creppy on all levels if i had gone here by myself i would have just left thats how creepy he was read more
