While this humble shop in Queens, had an attentive staff that took the time to help me select individual flowers that fit my $20 budget and my personal taste. When someone finally answered, they said they didn't have the order and hung up the phone. I called back and gave them the confirmation number. They finally admitted that they lost the order. Again they hung up. I called back. They hung up on me 3 times. They said the flowers would be there in 10 minutes. 1 hour later the flowers still were not there. I called back and with difficulty canceled the order, I never received an apology. This is very poor business. Make recommendation would never use this florist.
