The beauty counters were attractively set up and there was plenty of help on the sales floor. I went over to the Lancome counter since I was getting low on some of the products that I usually buy from that company. The saleslady was very helpful and got me the cleanser and eye cream that I was looking to buy. I am happy with the service that I received and look forward to frequenting this Nordstrom store again.

The bad part: The sports jacket had to be ordered in my size. It arrived yesterday, not in a box, but stuffed directly into a small plastic envelope.a I took everything back to the store and opened the package there. The jacket was not my size, although a paper tag had been attached to the sleeve contradicting the interior label. It also looked like someone had stepped on it. I learned that the jacket is not (or no longer) in stock in my size. I returned everything, down to the socks. Good part: The return was handled graciously, down to the alterations fee. Bad part: I've wasted almost four hours (I live half-an-hour from the store); I have to start over again; and who knows if I can find anything as nice again? I frankly can't get over order fulfillment deliberately mislabeling clothing that they knew wouldn't fit, and abusing a beautiful garment to save perhaps two dollars on shipping and packaging. Thank you to the staff who helped me, but regretfully I won't be back.

Miro is wealth of knowledge (as is Dottie) about all things make up related! They both assisted me in my skin care and make up choices. I highly recommend Dottie (and Miro when she visits) to engage with these professionals regarding their beauty needs. I've shopped this Macy's for many years - and am so pleased that it has survived! Their prices are always reasonable, with a wide selection of any product you are looking for. We've purchased everything here from clothing, shoes, etc..to housewares, rugs, luggage and gifts. It's nice to be able to go into a brick and mortar store with all the online shopping these days - especially when I was searching for a dress for my son's wedding! They were running a sale on ladies clothing so I took advantage of the good prices they were offering and got a couple of summer tops. There were plenty of sales clerks walking the floor making sure customers were doing okay and finding what they were looking for. Plenty of registers were open as well so I had no trouble finding a cashier when I wanted to pay for my items. I stopped by the Estee Lauder counter to look around and the saleslady who was running the counter gave me some good recommendations on a new lipstick to try. Next time I am in the mall I will be sure to come back and do some more shopping at this Macy's store.

He calls me and tells me they could not process the return. A supervisor or manager had to assist. Again, similar scenario happened again on another day. TWO associates were clueless! Because of their awful track record, I called again to see if I'd be given the same info. She tells me exactly what is needed which was different. I could tell she knew her job.
