It's interesting how different locations have different items. This location is pretty big and has a decent selection. I like that the store is very big and open. New things get updated pretty often so every time you come in, you might see something new, which is really nice. I do feel like some items are worth getting here, but some items are definitely a little overpriced. I enjoy looking at the blind boxes here, especially the ones that are on display. Service is nice, but it does feel like they are a little bit understaffed looking forward to visiting again for more blind boxes. read more

While at Arden Fair Mall on Saturday, we decided to stop into Miniso to see what new mystery boxes they had. I don't care about the mystery boxes for myself, but I love seeing my daughter's excited face whenever she gets something good! We picked up a Stitch mystery box, a Hello Kitty mystery box and some Swedish candy that is my favorite. They had Stranger Things items - I almost bought a stuffed Vecna, Zootopia 2 items and so many snacks! I also a whole section of Hello Kitty Valentine's Day items. Mystery boxes will run you about $20-$30 so we don't stop in very often, but Miniso is always packed when we visit so we try and make our stops short and sweet! Cute store in Arden Mall with lots of little gifts for decent prices. We were left alone to browse and shop. We were not greeted upon entry, but it was a little busy during this trip. I came here to find a birthday present for my sisters who like BT21 and Sanrio. I was able to find something for each of them. I would just say to look at the items you plan on buying because some are not great quality. I know I know...they also aren't expensive items. But check the items before you buy them to make sure you get the best one! Some of the shelves were empty (like I said, it was a busy day), but they still had plenty to choose from. read more

The customer service here is TRASH! The manager is terrible and the associate with the red hair has the worst attitude. Came in to get some Christmas gift and the employees were just busy yapping about their boyfriends and how the other employee's boyfriend broke up with her and that's why she called out all week. They had limited selections as stuff was not stocked. Price was comparable to other place. But the service is terrible. I would rather take my business else where. This is a very cute store! It's any child's dream! They have a good selection of toys and other goodies. They have foreign snacks-- which I have to try next time! They have a self checkout option, which I love! I always buy at least one item! The last time I went they had a BOGO on a toy that I bought so that was nice! read more

This was a fun little store to stop into, the colors drew us in and the adorable products kept us looking. They have aisles with stuffed animals, desk supplies, beauty items, gifts, snacks and more at reasonable prices. While we were here the staff didn't greet us, but allowed us to look around at our own pace. There are definitely some hidden gems here as well as cute gift items but I'd keep an eye on quality before purchasing certain things. read more

My niece is currently obsessed with Hello Kitty and as I was walking in the mall I spotted their items from the window. What such a nostalgic feeling as when I was her age I was totally into Sanrio! This store has those vibes and more! Perfect spot to buy all her birthday gifts at a reasonable price. Miniso has sooooo many choices to choose from. You've got make up, lunchbox accessories, school stationary, self care, etc. Aside from cute anime stuff they also carry a few Disney products. I believe I saw 101 Dalmatians, Marie from the Aristocrats, and Dumbo. Coming here you're bound to find adorable novelty pieces as you would at Lunchbox. Customer service was excellent! Went today for the grand opening. they let everyone come in all at once when the doors opened so it got crowded inside very quickly. They had a lot of plushies and stuffed animals; the entire side wall dedicated to them! Was a bit disappointed in the stationery selection. Not many price tags up either so everything was a surprise at checkout. Their goodie bag after spending $15 was decent though. May visit again when they are less crowded. read more

Relatively busy in the afternoon on a weekday, probably due to it being so close to Christmas. Long checkout line. Clean interior. The staff do not wear masks. They were out of bags, which the cashiers would periodically announce to the checkout line and also tell customers once they came to the front of line. In general, it's nice to browse once in a while; their product selection doesn't change that much. Some of the plushies are cute. However, it was quite a disappointing visit since most of the Sanrio products are not in stock at this location. read more

We came to buy some blind item box, and the sales associate decided to limit how many we could purchase arbitrarily after we said we would buy the whole box. There was not a sign that says limited sales on the item. The sales person was so unprofessional and kept changing her mind on how many she could sell. I was at the store for the opening about two weeks ago. I bought 3 stuffed animals and I had fun. The person who rung up my transaction was very nice and appropriate. I liked my stuffed animals so much that I came back today for another stuffed animal. This time the sales associate who rung me up was condescending and totally inappropriate. She was treating me like she was an adult and I was a subordinate or a child. I informed her that her approach was not appropriate and I asked to speak to her manager. It turned out that she was the manager! A sales associate gave me the number to the person above her head. He responded to my call promptly and was professional. You cannot be casual with customers, you must always be familiar with a professional balance. As a manager you have to know how to speak to people without being condescending. The person I am speaking about totally ruined a good thing. All of the other employees know how to keep it simple and be genuine and friendly and keep it light. I am Black African/American, so I am far less likely to tolerate nonsense like this as a minority customer. I decided to change the star rating on this review because it would change the overall Yelp page from 4 stars to 2 which is the employee in questions fault but not the fault of the other employees who were very friendly. I really hope she is reprimanded for the way she treated me. The store is cute, and fun, I would hate for my review to impact the business so poorly. After thinking about it, the employee in question was so ridiculous, I have changed the rating back to one star. read more

If you go in here, GET TURTLE CHIPS! Right before checkout I grabbed a bag, and they're some of the best (and most addicting) chips I've ever had. I have some picky family members, and even they were asking for more bags of turtle chips. Can only find them here and some stores that have a Korean snack aisle. read more

I recently purchased a few items and had a friend try and return them while I was working. She was told she couldn't because there was no manager and to come back tomorrow. Sadly, I'm flying out of the country on vacation for two weeks tomorrow. So I had to go in myself an hour later and the girl at the counter was very nice, however her supervisor, Manuel, told her we could not do a return unless a manager was in store to do it. Nowhere on the receipt does it stipulate that a manager must be present in order for a return, nor should it be this much or a hassle to do a return of unopened items with the original receipt, original credit card, and within the time window set by the company. Furthermore, my friend said Manuel was extremely rude to her and had an attitude when trying to return on my behalf. The associate at checkout however was very nice and tried to help, but her hands were tied. read more
