Some shady stuff! That was then, this is now. They have changed much of the crew and there seems to be a big drive to honesty which is refreshing at the least. A previous oil change the tech lost a part of my oil filter bypass valve which was caught (noticed) by another subsequent oil change company. I went back and confronted these guys and very apologetically they made the problem right at their expense. Kudos! If they keep this up I will be happy to keep coming back.
