So impressed with this place. It's in a nondescript building on the second floor. The front desk clerk was so sweet and kind. It was my first time so I had to fill out some paperwork but it wasn't very much. I was getting a 2 week refill from a separate salon. I did not go back to that salon because I didn't like the results. But, with what lashes were left over, Wonder Lash made a masterpiece. I LOVE these lashes! I only wish I lived in this state or could take Leilei with me because she made them look full and romantic on my relatively small eyes. It was just her and me and everyone wore masks and they had that thin doctor office paper to easily change between clients which was great for cleanliness. My lash tech leilei had me in for a little less than an hour and wa-la my wonky eyes were fixed into these flirty sassy beauties. I thought my pricing was affordable especially for the result. I've had my fair share of good and bad eyelash extension experiences, but I am happy to say that I have found the one place that I will be coming back to. Although it may look a little sketchy on the outside, the the office is very clean! Located on the second floor of the building, Wonder Lash Studio is a small and simple office; no frills. To be honest, I'm not looking for an extravagant place to get my lashes done. What matters to me is that the place is reasonably priced, clean, and has QUALITY lash technicians. (trust me I've had my eyes poked/lashes pulled out one too many times). I think what I liked most about this place is that the front desk lady takes the time to go over what kind of lashes, the style, and size that you would want. I wasn't bothered that I waited 15 minutes past my appt time for the lash technician to finish the client before me. I rather have a technician that does a good job than one who rushes. (believe me, you can always tell when someone rushes and one eyes looks better than the other) Mai (also goes by Vivian) did my 3D volume full set (size 12 & 13) the other day. I like my lashes long, and dramatic, and SUPER visible in photos. (I mean why get eyelash extension if you can't see them in photos, am I right? lol!). She was really sweet, and would strike up conversations with me, even though my vietnamese skills are...very poor, haha. Also, she never poked my eyes. Note: In the photo, my left eyelashes always looks less full than the right side, and it's because I sleep on my left side when i don't have eyelash extensions. Pro tip: If you are like me, just use one of those airplane U shaped pillows to keep from turning on the side to sleep and messin' up your expensive lashes lol. I read the amazing reviews and had to try Lynn, I had previously wore lash extensions but my stylist was a little far, this location is not close to home but not too far from work. I want them to be extra dramatic, long, and voluminous. Lynn gave me exactly what I wanted! For the price I don't think anyone can compare. Their prices are reasonable and their space is clean. Refill prices are by the weeks/days since you got your last fill. I get the volume lashes and get sizes 12-15. My tip to you is to make sure you tell your lash lady exactly what you want! I visited Wonder Lash Studio because I needed a full set of lashes for vacation and my usual salon was booked. I appreciated the location and office- like setting which was different than the salon experience I'm used to. The front desk was very professional and they had a nice waiting area with bottled water available. Once in the lash tech space, they have a massage table style set up with sanitary paper covers like you would find at a doctor's office which isn't the most relaxing setting in my opinion, but I like their effort to keep things clean between clients. Since I have been going to another lash salon for over a year before this visit, I totally forgot to come prepared with some kind of inspiration photos for the lash tech, so make sure to do that if you're going for a specific look and length. I opted for the synthetic mink lashes since they were having a special, however coming from another salon where I request the same, I did NOT like the quality of the lash extensions (which is why I bumped 2 stars). The extensions they use are very thick and plastic-like, so they have an unnatural shine to them that makes them look like costume lashes. On top of that, the lashes have a very stiff curl so they feel like plastic to the touch rather than a fluffy lash like I'm used to. Overall: 3 stars for a pleasant experience and customer service, minus 2 stars for quality preference of the synthetic mink lashes. read more

I love you, Lynn! You're the reason why I keep coming back and why I am so addicted to lash extensions. Well, part of the reason is my friend introducing me to this place haha. The studio is located inside of a big, brown, business building on Harwin. It's on the third floor. To get to the studio, make an immediate right after you reach the third floor from the elevator. Then go all the way down the hall and make another right. The studio should be to your right, further down the hall. I was pretty scared and wasn't sure what to expect the first time I got my lash extensions. However, I trusted Lynn and went with what she thought would suit me best. I apparently had a mixture of sizes 10, 11, and 12. This makes the lashes look more natural as they are not all the same length. If it is your first time getting lash extensions, it will take some time adjusting to the length and volume. I love how they immediately gave my eyes a lift and made me look more alert without any make up on. It also gives an illusion of having eyeliner on, which is a plus because that's one less product to put on if you're in a rush. Pricing for first timers is fair, $70. After that the refills depend on when you come back. Say you come back a week after your extensions versus three weeks after, then it will be cheaper the sooner you come back since there will be less to touch up on. I usually refill mine monthly because that's really how long they would last and even longer if you take really good care of them. Also, for every person you refer, you will receive $10 off of your next visit. I would really recommend Lynn, not because she's the only person here who's done my lashes but because she does a really great job. After getting my refill done on my lashes, I tried eyebrows waxing here. I tried synthetic mink lashes first and really like it. It is more like everyday natural looking. Then my friends got married and I want to try 3D instead. It looked really good and the material feels softer. It did look fuller but since I was going to wear after the wedding, it still looks pretty good for everyday working too. I followed the care instruction they gave me and my lashes do last longer. I waited a month to post this review to see how the lashes would hold out, but I was not a fan of this lash studio. I was visiting Houston for a few days, saw the reviews here and came with a friend. She asked for more dramatic lashes while I asked for more natural ones, and although I kept emphasizing that I wanted something natural and short, the end result was way too dramatic. I'm not sure if my technician really listened to my request since initially, she kept insisting that I should go for a longer length. But within a day, my lashes were dropping out. They were EXTREMELY heavy and would droop INTO my eyes, which caused my eyes to been irritated for two entire week after the filling. Also, the glue job was done poorly because at one point, I saw that FOUR of my real lashes was glued onto a single synthetic lash. The reason why I gave two stars was because after half the lashes fell out, the lashes did look better and my eyes stopped becoming irritated because there wasn't so much glue attached. The other half lasted for an entire month, which was nice. The older technician who did my friend's lashes also seemed to do a better job, so maybe I was just unlucky. The price is also cheap. I wouldn't come back because of how badly it messed with my eyes for the first two week. To summarize, it wasn't due to an allergic reaction to the glue, it was just because the glue job was done so badly that it always felt like glue was scratching my eyes lids and the lashes would droop into my eyes because the amount of glue done on the base of each lash would weigh it down. Update: I tried the synthetic mink lashes and they looked VERY good at first, though they felt prickly and heavy. But at 2 weeks they started getting crooked, and would pull and hurt my lashes. So at 2.5 weeks I removed them with some glue remover I had onhand. I noticed 2-4 of my lashes would be glued to 1 synthetic mink lash or they would all be glued to 1 cluster of synthetic lashes. The clusters were the ones that were pulling at the 2-4 lashes and causing pain. So while I like the 3D volume lashes (lightweight but full) I would stay away from the synthetic mink. Original Review: I've had my lashes done here 3 times and they look amazing. I always get the 3D Volume lashes. They have great communication online. Everyone is very friendly. I was late once and they still accommodated me! Only constructive feedback is I wish the lash tech would ask more questions about how I want the lashes to look because it feels like he just wants to get started right away. read more

I tried this place because a friend of mine recommended it and gave it great reviews. I've had my lashes done several times before and never have I ever had lashes just fall off from blinking or sleeping. As you can see on my attachment I woke up from sleeping on my back and several lashes are on the pillow. I reached out to them and they offered for me to come back and get a "discount touch up". I honestly shouldn't have to pay anything for the terrible service. It's not like I reached out a week later. I got the service on Tuesday and reached out Saturday. She offered for me to come next week for a touch up at a discounted rate but my only availability away from work out be Thursday. They then proceeded to say because that would make it 9 days I would still have to pay for touch up.
