Sherrell is the best person I've had doing my waxes EVER! She's gentle (if you can be gentle when giving a wax), yet quick. She's knowledgeable about the products provided and she always has me laughing during my wax (which helps because it hurts, ya know?!) I prefer Waxing the City over other establishments. And that if I waited 25 mins or reschedule we could do an 11:45 soonest. I've had never had an issues with other centers they follow their 9 min grace period and I kindly asked her and she just said that they don't do that at this center because it's owned by a different person ? I will not be returning I will go to the one in Richmond or Missouri because that is insane and especially when I tried different wax centers the Sugarland just happens to be the one closest to me.

All I can say is Winny gives the best facial in Houston.I think that it is a combination of her choice of skin care, her touch and her sweet spirit. She is very gentle with extractions (and I had a ton to do) and the massage is to die for! I love it! I think I may have fallen asleep a few times. Her room is quite, very clean (which I am a stickler for), and I feel right at home. The prices are great too...much less than a big name spa, but with the same care and quality. I am kind of sad that I just found her because she is going to be out of commission for a few months. She said she will be referring all of her clients out to someone else while she is away. Hopefully when she returns I can see her again because my skin looks and feels so great after her treatment. I especially like the botanical based products that she uses.
