I've had Lisa and today Lilly as my masseuse both are equal talented ladies, both have strong hands and have massaged out knots, kinks from my neck and back. One fine day I woke up with neck pain and put up with that pain for a week until I found Minna's Massage Spa. Among the hot stones, the massage and the scrub I am feeling so much better. The place is located on a strip mall with plenty of parking and easy access. Inside everything is impeccable and smells very nice. I got a deep tissue massage and it was great. Coco, my masseuse, was wonderful very attentive to my needs. At the end of the massage my neck was so much better and I was feeling awesome. The cost of the massage was $60 for 1hr, if you pay with credit card they charge you $1 and you can't add gratuity to the credit card. Bringing cash is a minor thing compared to their good service. First off, the customer service... AMAZING. Everyone was so nice and professional. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 and called in and told him I would be 10 mins late and he told me, "No worries, please drive safe!".. like no one does that anymore so that's greatly appreciated in my book. Then upon arrival I was greeted right away and offered water while I waited. The ambience is dark and relaxing and I love the choice of piano songs they played in the background. I'm heavily into fitness. I train CrossFit 5-6 days out of the week so I desperately need massages that really get my knots out so I scheduled for their deep tissue massage. My massage therapist was Coco and she was INCREDIBLE. I normally ask for a male just because I need a lot of pressure but Coco did perfect. I could feel her locating my knots in my back and shoulder blades and working them out! And she checked in and asked me if what she was doing was okay which is another 10 stars for caring to do so. I just moved back from Texas and it's been a minute since I had a real good massage. My body feels so great right now, I actually wish I did the 90min instead of the 60mins because she was doing a real good job loosening and working out my muscles! They didn't really follow the areas I requested and then gave attitude when I barely tipped. I walked in because I had a terrible neck and back pain that was causing me really bad migraines. I decided to get the Swedish massage. It started out well but masseuse wasn't very strong w the massage. So I asked her to push down a little harder especially in my pain area to work out the knots in my back. But she said it would be $10 extra for her to massage harder, which threw me off because this was the first time I would be charged extra for asking for such a service. It left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the massage :/ other than that, the facility was clean and nice. I don't think I'll be back any time soon. read more

I found the massage experience to be quite unpleasant. I regretted prepaying for six sessions, hoping they would improve, but they did not. The therapists, often older ladies with weak techniques, used strokes that were more annoying than relaxing or therapeutic. During the last session, one therapist repeatedly dug her elbow sharply into my spine and bone causing significant pain with what felt like an unnecessary injury. Unfortunately, these sessions were neither rejuvenating nor of high quality. I want to help readers understand that this business does not provide quality massages, unfortunately.
