The plumbing area we have had nothing but problems, and them blaming us or saying they do not stand behind warranties. We have returned the tub multiple times due to issues, and when we found our most recent issue on it, they said that since it was started to being installed then they can't take it back, even though it is a quality issue. I am very disappointed and need to find a new place for higher end plumbing needs

Ferguson Home, Oakdale MN: Kitchen Appliances ~We ordered…read moreour appliances (4) for our new kitchen remodel in February 2026 ~Paid IN FULL for everything, as REQUIRED by Ferguson. Fast forward to now... ~We're told that they need a 3 week lead-time to install ~May 1, we requested the appliances be installed week of May 18th. ~Their response was: they scheduled us for June 4, 2026 install ~When we asked why the lead-time changed (5 weeks) they had excuses and told us we were confused ~Then they changed the install date to June 1, 2026 ~The appliances were fully paid for in February so Ferguson has NO INCENTIVE to work with us and it shows. They have our money and they have our appliances. Our hands are tied. It cannot be stated strongly enough, how much we regret purchasing from Ferguson Home, Oakdale MN.

The staff were really friendly and playful with my toddler. We didn't feel like we were a bother at all and we were mainly left alone to our own devices. However, there was a good amount of staff available to answer any questions. Loved the selection that was in the store. I can't speak to the value because it's my first time looking at fixtures as an adult, so I can't speak to the price -quality ratio. She related to me personally and at the same time was able to navigate on her computer to put together 3 options for me to consider. All this in an hour consultation. Now onto the the actual work. I contacted them months ago for some estimates and Jim/Virgil was great to work with. He came out as requested and gave fair estimates for both drywall work, replacement stairs, and ceiling work. He even came out a second time to give an estimate for some replacement siding. The drywall crew consisted of two guys who spent a few days working on a small section in the basement, they made sure to make things look their best and did a decent job cleaning up each night. They were polite and always listening to my feedback. 5 stars there. The siding guy came out and replacement some cedar shakes on the side of the house that were missing from an old deck removal. He did a great job and cleaned up the worksite very nice. I was impressed with the speed. Again 5 stars. Jim himself came out for the ceiling work, he did a great job hooking up the electric and making sure the panels lined up to the existing grid. Again 5 stars. My only gripe was the billing, Their online system worked, but I think some deposits I made were just lost. Regardless they eventually took care of it... so updating my review to reflect this. Thank you, I for sure recommend them for contracting work, just double check the bills before paying. =)
