Great team of 3 guys who were respectful and cleaned up well after. The seam we were worried might show since it is in the middle of the large room isn't visible! So happy!

From the get-go this was a bad experience. The carpet was creased after installation and they…read moreinsisted time would fix it and it would fluff up. Months passed, finally they replaced it. They brought the wrong wooden molding and it did not match. They then came back with the right molding and were inches short. 3rd time they came to do the molding it was finished....but they rehung the closet doors wrong (backwards) in the rails and the doors wouldn't move. Finally came back and rehung them. Stair carpeting was stretched too tight and was fraying at the edges. Came back and reinstalled. New carpet guy said it looked like the original job looked rushed. Designer visited and said the stairs looked overstretched. Left some scuffs on my walls. Total time until the room was done: 6 months. Yes I'm absolutely serious that this Costco sponsored business took 6 months to finish carpeting 1 room and 1 staircase. All I got was an apology from Costco and Shaw carpets. Find someone else for your carpeting. This was expensive and time consuming and endlessly frustrating.

We bought a couch, chair and dining room set at HOM in Woodbury. The timing of the delivery was no…read moreissue. The problem started with the furniture itself. First, the couch had a stain that resembled a blood stain underneath the back cushion. Next, the dining table is an extension table. One end of the table makes a squeaking noise when leaning on it. When looking underneath the table, the rails underneath are not the same size as the other end of the table. Which is why it is squeaking/knocking. I contacted our salesperson who then told me the process of submitting a ticket for someone to come out and look at the pieces. A few weeks later, someone came out to remove the stain and then tried to fix the table with no such luck. He did try to put some sticky felt on the railings - which is not fixing the problem, just patching it for a little bit. Needless to say, the felt did not stay in place. We were told we can replace the table or receive our money back. We opted for replacing the table (supposed to be delivered this week). Now, last night I was sitting on the dining chair (which I haven't really sat on) I heard something drop on the floor. Here a screw came off of the bottom of the chair. How I know this? I had to turn over the chair and noticed where it came out of. I tried to replace and it was stripped. I then looked over the rest of the dining chairs and the majority of the screws were very loose or missing. The loose screws were stripped from whomever put the chairs together. Long story - I know. I had to put another ticket it for the chairs now. I love the sofa, chair and the dining table. However, paying a large amount of money (at least for our budget) it extremely disappointing and knowing I will not be buying anything from this facility again. I will write a follow up on the table and chairs.

If you are going to be doing anything that will require a sizeable amount of lumber, come here. You'll save a significant amount of money. Even a red cedar 4x4x10' will be $20 less than what you'll get at Menards or Home Depot. And that is just on one piece of wood. Plus, it feels like they take care of their employees as I see some of the same people and this is from shopping here multiple years. This pissed me off---it seriously was on the display and by the sign..It would have made a bigger impression on me to just shave off the 1.50 discount but she decided to be a bitch so I let them keep that item and will wait till it is on the 50 or 70 % off but get it from another location. I have been to other locations where they bend over backwards with friendliness this one is not one of them.
