There were several dull spots in the paint from where they sanded the finish's but did not buff it out. Any service manager would have let it out of the shop. We have to be inconvenienced once again for the repair to be done correctly. Don't recommend this shop due to craftsmanship and lack of procedures to the customer

I looked up Miromax for PDR and figured I would trust them to fix my baby. Miroslav and his wife were excellent to deal with and everything was explained as to what needed to be done to restore it to new condition. I had several over-sized dents and two that were creased right on edges (which is hard to fix) being so close to the edge. I picked up my truck three days later and it looked like it did when I drove off the dealers lot! Miromax is truly an outstanding shop that was clean, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is an award winning shop and it shows in their work. As thorough as I am, I was unable to see any of the previous damage. Not one dent, crease, dimple...notta! Car was clean and looked better than new. Don't go to a collision shop for paintless dent removal, go to Miromax. I was originally going to go to a collision shop, until they said that they were going to have a PDR shop (30 miles) from my house, do the work. I said NO, and I then chose to use Miromax. My truck is my baby and like my dog, I don't trust her well-being to just anybody. Besides, we all know, most mechanics will shyster a female more often than not. I went to Yelp and found Freedom Automotive. The reviews were very favorable and the word "honest" was used A LOT! Brought my truck in and they looked at it. The power steering was leaking fluid, so they cleaned it up and really couldn't tell where the leak was coming from. Jose ordered the parts and I brought her back the next morning for repair. Do you know, these guys cleaned it up again, took it apart, found the leak was a loose hose, tightened it and then called to let me know just what exactly it was!! Didn't pull a fast one and tell me I had to have a new gear case or new hoses or both. Just called me, said it was a loose hose that they tightened and only charged me for labor. WHO IS THAT HONEST ANY MORE?!!? I am beyond grateful for Freedom Automotive. If God has a special place in Heaven for honest mechanics, Jose and everyone at Freedom Automotive have a golden seat. I originally got my car checked out on June 26th. They told me it would take a day to get the work…read moredone. I made the appointment for July 13th when I had some time off. We agreed on bringing it first thing in the morning. The work was for a rack and pinion , axles, and an alignment. On the day of my appointment, they told me it'll take 3 days because other people brought their cars over the weekend. I let them know I planned for it to be done within the day like originally discussed when I made the appointment. They said they will try to get it done the same day but that the work might be rushed and mistakes might be made since they can't have more time with it. They finally call me to pick up my car, but when I arrive, they let me know that the traction control light came on after they finished working on my car but that if I brought it back, they'd fix it free of charge since it was their mistake. The next day, my air bag light came on, and my horn stopped working, so I called back to see when I could bring it back. Jose let me know he'd be on vacation, but they'll order the part my car needs to fix the mistake. So I call them again once he's back from vacation. He lets me know they are extremely backed up, so it might be a while before they can fix it. A few days pass, and I call for an update on the part he originally said they ordered. He tells me they never ordered it, and I need to bring the car back in to see if they can fix the alignment, and THEN they'll see if I really need the part. I said, OK and we plan for me to bring it back on a Saturday. This is now August 29th. He tells me they know what needs to be replaced, but the part costs too much, and his boss won't approve buying it, so they'll keep an eye out for the part at the junkyard. I called again on 9/3 for an update on the part. They let me know unless I can find the part for them sooner/cheaper, there's nothing they can do. I call back today, 9/18, to let him know I got the part, and he tells me, "They did their part" and can no longer fix their mistake free of charge. I'd like to add, I brought my own parts, which they did mention I won't have warranty on the parts I brought if something were to happen, which I agreed to. BUT the issues that came after were due to the alignment done on my car, which they know that. So it had nothing to do with the parts I provided, that came from AutoZone, the same place they buy their parts from. I'm extremely frustrated because I've tried to be patient but in the end they left me disappointed and with added problems.
