After installation it showed every vacuum pass and footprint. Our 10-pound cats leave actual pawprints and furniture, even light chairs, leave permanent indents all the way to the backing. The seaming is poor and in one room the sections do not run the same way due to "a measurement error". Other seaming is not flush. After sending photos, I asked for the sales associate and the manager to observe the properties in person because I was told that "photos can be inaccurate". After six months both have not visited the installation site. My experience was poor sales advise, poor carpet quality, poor installation and poor follow-up. Do not believe their online guarantees which are simply there to get you in the door.

Although we are well outside the builders warranty period, we again, have ridges and lumps in our carpeting. About 4 months ago I spoke w/ the Brosious staff on the phone and they said that they would add me to their list when they were down in Hamilton again. Crickets ever since. We then contacted Shaw carpets in Dalton GA, wondering about a manufacturing defect. They inspected the carpeting and stated the inspection report found no defects, the carpet had not been properly stretched during the re-stretch. The carpet must be pulled from the tack strip and all furniture removed from the rooms and then properly power stretched following the Carpet & Rug Institute guidelines. This is our second home where Brosious was the flooring sub-contractor, and we had to have them come out twice on that project. Would advise to stay away. Tom Kresan

He was a wealth of information about product options and wrote the estimate at our kitchen table. We even save a little by doing some of the work ourselves as he recommended. The next day we agreed on a start date that was three weeks out and Teigen showed early for five days to complete the work. And the flooring is amazing and beautiful! He even spent time with our dog so he would be less anxious with a stranger in the house! Teigen is young and motivated and very conscientious about his work and integrity.
