I have been a patient with Mint Condition for almost a year now and they have always done very well for me. I have been experiencing jaw pain for years now. I never mentioned it in my initial appointments because my previous dentist denied there was an issue and I just gave up. Don't do that by the way, I should have immediately gotten a second opinion. I finally worked up the nerve to mention my pain at my most recent appointments and the Dr IMMEDIATELY identified it. He had me describe the pain, he gently messed with my jaw and he poked at the muscle. The fix was so simple it was almost laughable. I have had a lot of dental work over the years including multiple crowns and they just needed to do a bite adjustment. The pain was gone almost literally instantly. After the usual dental visit soreness my jaw felt amazing. I didn't even realize how much my life was being affected by it. I had stopped feeling hunger cues because of the pain, I was constantly in a bad mood. Lesson learned, if your dentist isn't listening to you about your issues, move on and get a second opinion. My mom paid over $400 to add teeth whitening to her appt and they didn't do it. She emailed and hasn't been replied to. They haven't called her back, scheduled a follow-up, etc. The dentist was impersonal and rushed her out. While I plan to contact them myself - I wanted to write this before anyone else was mistreated by this office. read more

5 Stars to the front desk staff. Other than the front desk staff, my experience was extremely negative, and an actual nightmare. Including the untrained assistant, who decided about 7 minutes post extraction that I no longer needed the gauze to absorb any blood and did not give me any replacement gauze. Dr Gibbs is not very personable. He is very rushed when speaking with patients, and this is not just my experience as one of my neighbors also had a similar experience with him but without the staph infection, because he actually gave her antibiotics. She had other issues. He reminds me of a slimy used car salesman but dressed better. Be prepared for him to completely disappear as soon as he is done with his portion of whatever needed to be done. I was not given the chance to talk about antibiotics or anything else, so I asked the assistant if I could get something for pain relief, and she had to chase him down and he gave me a prescription for steroids, a Medrol dose pack. I am diabetic, which is plainly clear in my records in the paperwork that I filled out prior to going to this office. Steroids raise your blood sugars. I won't say anything more about this at the moment. My neighbor had four wisdom teeth extracted, and he didn't give her any pain medication either just an antibiotic. I was just released from the hospital Sunday, as I had a staph infection in my jawbone that was caused most likely because the dentist did not give me any antibiotics or medicated rinse once my extractions were complete. The staph infection caused my potassium levels to drop to a dangerous level, and I was admitted when I went to the emergency room this past Friday. I went because my jaw and chin - that whole portion of my lower left face was swollen, red, hot, and I was in extreme pain. I also now have a hole in my chin that was punched all the way through to my jawbone (by an oral surgeon in the emergency room) in order to express the abscess that was formed. I don't even know how many different antibiotics were given to me orally or through my IV, along with alternating two different very strong pain medications due to what the dentist did to my mouth. At home, I am now taking two different antibiotics along with pain medication that the dentist did not bother to provide to me at time of extraction. I absolutely will not be returning to this so-called "clinic" and I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone. The only reason they got the one star was because I didn't have a choice in order to submit my review. read more

I broke a tooth over the weekend. Lots of pain. Called 7am Monday morning got an appointment at 8am. Everyone there was awesome. There was some complications with my procedure but Dr. Keck was patient and understanding. Definitely recommend read more

The staff are all so nice and welcoming, they instantly make you feel like part of the family. This was our first visit here, they made everything so seamless and the billing process felt painless. Their office was well kept and they had complimentary drinks. They were extra caring with a welcome new patient gift bag. Great experience overall. read more

Four+ stars to the professional staff! I had some minor work done twice, had at least three half-yearly hygiene and check-ups, and two crowns replaced. All good and recommended. Unfortunately, I've had a VERY bad experience the administrative staff, recently. I was paying off, on schedule, a bill for $1,000+, and received an e-mail of a 'balance due'. The automated e-mail provided a link to a 'pay now' option, which I tried, but it would only allow me to use a Visa or MC, and I wanted to use Care Credit. So, I tried to call the office. I left three messages in two weeks and never got a call. On my fourth call toward the end of week 2 I was fuming--were the E-gods going to send my balance to a collections company and ruin my credit? I FINALLY got a person (I called again), who was plenty cheery but explained that 'they had been very busy'; I challenged her and she said 'there'd been a lot of turnover, etc., etc.'. So I'm understanding, but when a provider's turnover becomes MY problem (my credit standing), I throw down. No sincere apology, no 'please don't go', no offer to write down the balance. Just 'sorry you feel that way'. IMO, Mint Condition has become too slick of a business model, too corporatized, too impersonal. A corporation isn't going to mess with my teeth, nor will it have my hard-earned money. Sorry. read more

My Invisalign treatment is going so well! The staff is the most friendly and I recommend this place to everyone I meet! They even take the time to know you by name! When I first came to Mint Condition in Cheney I came from a different dentist's office looking for a second opinion. The dentist at the other office told me I had at least four cavities and when I came here they checked me out and I didn't have any cavities. They are not going to waste your time and money here! I took my toddler here short notice after she broke a tooth. After making sure they could treat her (I know pediatric dentistry can be much different) they assured me they could handle it and that they see all ages. After X-rays and a consult they told me they couldn't treat her, charged me and gave me a referral for an office that couldn't see her for at least a week. I went to Spokane Pediatric Dentistry the same day, they took care of everything, were amazing, and I walked out paying less than I had for the x-rays. The people at mint are very nice but I personally wouldn't recommend this practice. read more

I really did like going to Mint Condition but after my last experience I will NOT be going back. I called two day's before me appointment to cancel, no one answered so I left a message explaining I needed to cancel my appointment. Someone finally called me back the day or my appointment and I missed the call so I called back and after explaining to the gal on the phone I just lost my job unexpectedly so I do not have the Insurance so I am unable to get the work done, then she tells me that they might charge me a cancelation fee! So I get off the phone and about a hour later they already sent me a bill! How low can a business be, I can't believe they would do that to someone that just lost their job... I've been with this practice for many years, before it was Mint Condition Dental. I've had the chance to experience the wonderful service of Dr. Stockton, Dr. Gibbs, Dr. Matta, and Dr. Keck. And let me tell you, I don't use the word wonderful to describe a dentist EVER, but it truly fits with these professionals, and all of their staff. I'm not sure how they are able to hire such wonderful, caring, individuals, but they are highly talented in hiring! Their hygenists, their assistants, their front desk staff, they are all amazing, caring talented individuals that truly put their clients at ease. I have had crowns, implants, fillings, root canals, etc... I've had a lot of work done here, and every single time I go in they amaze me. I had a root canal yesterday, by Dr Matta, in one of my front teeth, I don't have to tell you that I was not looking forward to it. However, I will say that this was truly a 100% painless experience! Before, during, and after. Dr Matta said I may experience some discomfort afterwards, from irritated gums, or just simply spending that much time working on my mouth (about an hour), but I can honestly say, there has been none. No pain at all. From the time you walk through the front door, and they greet you by name, to the (brief) time in the lobby, they offer you coffee, water, heck even a water bottle, or a free coffee mug occasionally. To the time they sit you in the dental chair, they treat the patient with the utmost kindest care. Often times the dentist will call me himself the next day to see how I'm feeling, and if I need anything. And if the work is done on a Friday and they may be concerned with my comfort over the weekend, they often times offer me their cell numbers to call in case of emergency. I've even received cards from their staff after a visit, with a personalized note, thanking me for spending some time with them. The service here is not just good for a dentist office, but is unparalleled in ANY industry, anywhere, I've ever received. I can't say enough about this practice! Thank you to the ENTIRE team at Mint Condition, for being there for me! Oh yeah, also, my 13 son LOVES going to the dentist! What kid likes the dentist, much less loves it? read more

I was super nervous about finding a dentist for my grandma with Alzheimers. We are not an established patient but they got her in the same day we called and fixed the problem while she was in the chair. I thought for sure she had cracked her tooth and was ready to pay out the eyeballs but it was something different and very minimal. It is hard to find places that are honest, friendly, and a great support staff. This place had it all from my first call till I checked out. I would go back again. Great place read more

I am very upset and disappointed. Dr. Marshall Gibbs not only removed the wrong teeth from my son, but didn't think that he had done anything wrong as I haven't even received any form of apology. My son tooth with cavity is still there. Although they had asked me to go back to have it fixed, but my son is now traumatized and feeling anguish. We had been going there for so long, yet this is the type of treatment I received. Both me and my so felt betrayed and wronged. Dr. Marshall Gibbs lacks professionalism. His misjudement had caused us much grievance. read more
