I've been waiting to write this review for a while (although the dental hygenist asked me to write a review on my first visit). The office is very well-manicured and clean, with bright window views from the exam rooms. The staff for the most part is very polite, and with few exceptions our interactions were all cordial. Surprisingly, their parking sucks. However, the biggest problem with this practice is the way they will try and upsell you at every single visit. Because they mix in their cosmetic offerings, sales, and other add-ons with it, it's impossible to tell which of the things they are recommending are actually medically necessary. Let me reiterate, it's a HUGE problem when a medical provider has "limited time discounts" on products and uses high-pressure sales tactics to try and influence you to purchase things that aren't supported by evidence-based research (see their "12 days of Christmas flyer I attached). And this office in particular mixes in cosmetic treatments, such as facials and botox, and will email you about them frequently. The first time I was in the office, they tried to get me to purchase their "Perio Protect" tray and antiseptic solution, pitching it as a way to treat and prevent periodontal disease; not only is this not evidence-based, but it's an extremely expensive, subscription-based 3x daily treatment that goes on indefinitely. They have a giant hard-on for Invisalign, and despite telling them numerous times I had no interest in spending $3,000 on adult braces, they have tried to sell me a set at every single visit I've gone in. Trust me, if you go there, they will try to sell you Invisalign in some form or another. The last time I went in, they suggested I purchase two different sets of bite guards (one for daytime use - unsurprisingly made by Invisalign), and another one for night; then tried to sell me on an "add-on" laser treatment (not covered by insurance). The total cost was in the thousands, and this was during a routine visit with no active issues. If you have unlimited resources, want a dental office that looks fancy from the moment you step in, and have no problem spending thousands of dollars at each dental visit (following the dentist's recommendations), then you may like this place. For me, I'm going to look elsewhere for an office that practices good, evidence-based dentistry and leaves the cosmetic and unnecessary add-ons out. read more

Dentists have pointed out my bruxism for years but a custom mouth guard seemed too cumbersome. It wasn't until Dr. Han suggested Viveras that I finally got something to protect my teeth. When I moved to the area and needed to establish care with a new dentist, I called around but the receptionist here who answered was so bubbly and sweet. From start to finish, everyone has been amazing from Dr. Moussa who did my filling to Riza who did my cleaning. I love being educated about the tiny details both Dr.Moussa and Riza noticed during my care. Billing was very transparent and I wasn't pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Today I had the second part of my dental procedure. Mint Loft Dental's excellence was no fluke. I thought they were giving me the special treatment because it was my first time the last time I was there. That simply was not the case. The reception was mindful of my time and a minute past my appointment time apologized profusely for the delay. Secondly, my hygienist Riza was amazing. She explained all the rationale behind the procedures including pathophysiology. I've never met a nerdier brainier hygienist!! And she opened my eyes to how our mouth parts are related to migraines! This office never ceases to amaze me! Riza also introduced me to newer innovations in dentistry. She used the biofilm washing technology on my teeth to blast plaque away.
