They have known for weeks that she was having surgery and have yet to send over to the surgeon her release papers. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, June 8th. The offices have been closed since Thursday. She went to see them on Wednesday and was promised after several weeks of "yes, we are sending it over" to "yes we will send it today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Well, we called the surgeon today to verify that they got the release forms and nothing. Not only has this caused undue angst to my friend, but the surgery will also have to be postponed and just imagine the surgeon and his staff - the cost of their valuable time. I am planning on suing them. No excuse. This behavior is unacceptable.

She was kind and courteous whilst showing genuine concern for my health. She did always have cold hands, but with cold hands comes a warm heart. Marie Pryor told my sister that she needs to start taking a statin drug for her high cholesterol and another medication for her liver before she will write a prescription for HRT and that she will need to come in every 2 months. She does not want to start on a statin or any other unnecessary medication. All she wanted was to start on HRT to relieve her extreme menopause symptoms. $75 copay for each visit wasted.
