They never billed me, they never tried to contact me, they just sat on the bill for two years and then sent it to collection. Avoid them if you can. Their billing practices are atrocious.

And probably a secret cave for leprechauns or something. Drive by and you'll see what I mean. Impressive. I've been going to Malone & Westman since...well, for as long as I remember. My grandma went here so my mom went here so I went here...you know how that goes. They have some toys and children's books in the waiting room that used to take the edge off of going to the scaaaaary teeth people (they aren't actually scary...but that whole being a kid thing. It happens). I've had different experiences with various hygienists over the years but they're usually pretty positive. The cleanings are insanely thorough so even if there's a bit of discomfort, it's worth it in the end.They let you choose the flavor of your toothpaste and fluoride treatment. Strawberry instead of clinical peppermint? Yea, let's go with that. Westman has filled quite a few cavities for me over the years. I'm not gross, I swear! Just prone to cavities :( He's great at getting the novocaine in painlessly and drilling away the cavity monsters as quickly as possible. Their prices have gone up over the years, hence me wanting to try other places.

It's never been painful in the past, but they also used some weird plastic mouth inserts for the pictures that seemed too large for my mouth. It also took about 3X longer than it should have. The Dr. did a nice job, but that was a short portion of the visit. Recently I was coming up on needing to book my 1 year cleaning, I received a text message reminder. I figured I would give them another try and I sat on hold for 30 minutes trying to just make an appointment, finally I left a message and the message stated I would be called back by EOD. I never received a call back. I tried one more time to reach them and now I've decided that if their receptionist can't make time for my call then I will find someplace else.
