From there, the waits were maybe 5 minutes between the dr coming in to when he was taken for X-rays. It was extremely itchy on Thursday and by the next day it was very swollen.I went in on Sunday, Obviously it's hard not to scratch even after using Benadryl and Ibuprofen. The woman that saw me wasn't even a doctor she was a nurse practitioner (NP) which I found out later while reading my visit paperwork. she didn't mention this and also was wearing a white coat as if she was a doctor that's very misleading!! And there should be some sort of law of uniform to define the difference! Her demeanor was brash and not very friendly! she also said I had scratched it with my nail and that's why it was swollen and infected that there was no bite and no insect involved she proscribed a ointment which almost burnt my ear off Mupirocin ointment and amoxicillin. First complaint is her rushing to get an easy result without much care or concern, second wearing a white coat pretending to be an actual doctor, and third her demeanor, attitude and results within less than 5minuets tops!! please do better! And be transparent I'm very sure most people don't know they are seeing NP!! As opposed to a doctor, maybe they should wear another color coat to let people choose if they want to be addressed by a doctor or Np, there are so many urgent cares in the area! Hopefully people don't start choosing another one after this review. Good Luck.

I saw someone complained about having to enter their SSN to book an appointment online, I entered a mock number and was fine. I knew they had to verify info when i check in anyways. waiting time at the appointment was just a few mins. Staff was overall friendly. I had a really hard time communicating with the assistant when I'm in the room, pre-doctor. She had a mask on, and she spoke softly, and stood behind me to do the intake. I turned around slightly to hear her better but it wasn't much better. We did a lot of back and forth with the same questions she asked me, mostly her having to ask the questions again. It was a quick check, I had an ear infection and nasal infection. yay to 2026 The whole appointment was about 20 mins maybe. I got the right meds and gor better within 3 days as the doc projected. Will use them again if i'll need urgent care again.

This clinic caught my eye since it was close and the reviews were great. I called and confirmed they took my HMO card before scheduling a same day appointment. The person on the phone was nice and provided all the information i needed and confirmed my insurance will cover it free. I went to the facility and they greeted me walking in and sign in was a breeze. I did had to fill out a first time patient form but i skipped the SSN and explained to her since i have insurance i shouldn't require it so she helped me skip that and once i was done; i waited like 5 minutes and i was let in by a girl named Leslie who gave me my covid shot. In another 3 minutes then i was out. She was very friendly and helpful. I was happy with my visit and plan to come back whenever i need any medical needs from them!

All three times we were taken in very fast and seen by Dr. Thomas Long. He made my children (and myself) feel very comfortable and taken care of. This last time my daughter had a swollen arm from a bee sting a couple of days ago. She didn't have symptoms of a serious infection but I still wanted to get a professional opinion. Dr. Long had a look at her, asked me if she had a fever at any point since the bite, which she didn't... he basically asked all the questions to rule out an infection or anything serious. (My daughter had been in good spirits, energized, had a good appetite, normal sleep etc.. since the bite and swelling). Instead of immediately prescribing antibiotics or steroids (like almost any other Doctor would do) he told me to keep a good eye on it and give her Claritin. He said if it didn't improve in a day or two to come back. After giving her Claritin her swelling has gone down significantly and the redness is gone. She remains her usual upbeat talkative bossy ;) self. I just so appreciate Dr. Long for taking the time to figure out what could really be the issue, before prescribing some drug (which I'm not opposed to if truly necessary). Our other experiences with him were similar. I am super grateful that people like him exist in the medical world and definitely recommend this place.

I would especially like to recognize Brenda, Maria Florenciano, and Dr. Carmelle Silveo for the exceptional care they provided. Each of them took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. What impressed me the most was that they did not rush the process despite the high patient volume. They made sure I received the proper evaluation and testing, while also explaining everything clearly so that I could fully understand what was happening and feel confident about the care I was receiving. Their attention, patience, and compassion truly gave me peace of mind. It is clear that this team takes pride in the care they provide and truly values their patients. Experiences like this make a stressful situation much easier, and I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to me. The receptionist was amazingly friendly professional courteous and helped a lot to fill out the paperwork, but The nurse and the practitioner Lin didn't seem too enthusiastic to be there or show any care, He did attend to my infected finger but it was or I felt it was a very quick fix just because it was before closing. I have attached picture of my finger two days after he attended it supposedly he cleaned it and it was all to be okay but this was the result after 2 days. I tried going back when the infection came back much worse but come to find out I had to pay again to be reevaluated for the same finger that they worked on 2 days ago so I decided to go somewhere else where they were amazing The amount of time they spend on my finger to make sure it's clean and administered antibiotic cream on it then wrapping it nicely so it doesn't repeat itself, not like EXER where the nurse practitioner just squeeze it a little bit made a quick job didn't put any antibiotic lotion on it and just a quick lousy Band-Aid. Do not go to this location.

The emergency room experience was interesting. Not bad. Not amazing. More like "we're renovating…read moreand everyone is doing their best with the group project." The place looks like it's getting a facelift, so I'll give them that. Fresh walls may be coming. New energy may be loading. But right now the organization still feels like it's buffering. The doctor was cool. That helped a lot. Calm energy. Normal conversation. Didn't make the visit feel heavier than it already was. In an emergency room, that matters because nobody pulls up there for fun. Nobody is saying, "Let's see what the ER is doing tonight." You want people who can make a stressful situation feel a little less chaotic. The security setup was the confusing part. You can walk in with the patient without being registered as a guest, but once you step out, now it's a whole process. Badge. Registration. Security check. Side quest unlocked. Why not just do that at the beginning? It felt like airport TSA designed a scavenger hunt inside a hospital. Some of the machines weren't working when we got there, so getting vitals checked took a while. That was weird. It's an emergency room. The machines should be awake before we are. A hospital with machines not working is like Starbucks saying the coffee machine is down. Technically possible. Emotionally unacceptable. The receptionist was definitely having a day. I get it. We all have those. But at a hospital front desk, the vibe matters. People are stressed. Worried. Confused. Already thinking WebMD gave them three hours to live. A little warmth would go a long way. You don't need Disney cast member energy. Just maybe less "you interrupted my villain origin story." The atmosphere felt like a hospital mid-glow-up. Construction energy. Moving parts. A few systems that need tightening. Not terrible. Just noticeably not smooth. Overall, the experience was still good because the doctor and staff helped keep things steady. But the ER flow could use better organization, working equipment, and a front desk vibe that says "we got you" instead of "why are you bleeding near my paperwork?" it's giving... Grey's Anatomy if the hospital admin team had one group chat and nobody checked it.

Our experience, almost from start to finish, was amazing! We went to the ER and were taken in almost immediately. Testing and diagnosis happened rapidly, and my wife was treated quickly. Most impressive of all was our doctor, Dr. Cynthia Pfieffer, whose genuine compassion and warm demeanor has us both considering establishing this hospital as our primary care facility.
