I am a member of Priority Pass which gets you one hour for free. I had a 4 hour red-eye flight and landed in Houston at 4am (my time). Luckily, my gate was right next to Minute Suites. I was taken to a small room with a desk and a small couch. As other reviewers have said, the couches are not comfortable but I was exhausted. The weird thing was that I noticed immediately that there was not a pillow or blanket so I had to go back up to the front desk to ask for these items. The friendly front desk staff said "Oh, yes. I will bring one for you". She came back with a thin blanket. I had to ask for a pillow and returned again with it. It was a big comfy one, at least. I managed to get some rest on the couch. The rates are $65/hr - I would NOT pay this, but as is free perk from Priority Pass, I would definitely return if I arrived from a red-eye flight again.

If you are able to, and need a quiet place to hang out before your next flight, this is a cool place to hang out. I do have airline club access, but as it was packed, I decided to try this place out. For a fee, you can book a room for an hour. As an American Express Platinum card member, I can get an hour for free. Once I got to the counter, the friendly employee told me that all suites were booked and I would be given a reservation time about 30 minutes from now. In the future, should I go to an airport location with a Minute Suites, I can go online and book a reservation. Once my reservation time arrived, I was whisked away to one of the suites. I stayed in the NASA room. No food or drink is included but they do have some items for purchase. You can also bring your own food. Inside my room, there was a desk and a couch with plenty of electrical outlets and a TV. I like the privacy as there is a door that you can close and lock and you can comfortably seat 3 adults. The couch can be pulled out so that you can maybe take a quick power nap. Although it's a simple no-frills concept, you are paying for a private room where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the airport. I am not sure if I would pay for it as I mentioned earlier, I have membership to the airline club. But, in a pinch, if the airport is just crowded, I might be tempted to pay. I could imagine that this place would be very popular during the busy holidays and busy travel seasons. I would definitely come back here again next time I have a longer layover in IAH.

The woman at the front desk was not helpful or friendly. She did not offer a pillow or blanket or let us know the only bathrooms were back down the terminal. The couch was also in bad shape. See the photos. When we left she continued to talk to her co-worker without a word to us. I don't expect a big deal but some common courtesy is nice. Waste of $40

Nice visiting here. I was able to stay here for a bit less than an hour! The couch is an intermediate comfy one. Pretty worn out yet still fine to sit and relax. AC was working pretty good so I was able to rest fine. I'll come back again if I happened to use this terminal in the future. Cheers

You can literally find just about anything you need here, from snacks and souvenirs to fresh food and desserts. The moment you walk in, the smell of fresh brisket and barbecue hits you right away. The brisket sandwiches are fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The bakery section is dangerous in the best way possible, filled with so many delicious goodies and sweet treats that it's hard to choose just one. The hot food section had so many tasty options available that I honestly couldn't decide what to get. Everything looked fresh, hot, and delicious. No matter what you're craving, they probably have it. The store itself was super clean, well organized, and surprisingly efficient considering how busy it gets. The staff kept everything moving smoothly, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. If you've never been to Buc-ee's, you need to stop at least once. And once you do, you'll probably find yourself wanting to stop every time you see one on the road.

The potato chip things were not good. They were stale and soggy. We were able to get a couple of bottles of wine for the hotel room next door. They had the braver mascot in the store so the kids were able to take a photo either him and that was cool.

Buc-ee's certainly embodied that, and then some. For starters, I didn't know there could be that many kinds of jerky. A jerky wall spanning one entire side of the grocery area competed with a stand serving their popular brisket sandwiches. The buck toothed beaver mascot is charming enough, but seeing it printed on everything from onesies to throw pillows to mugs had me wondering how big of a Buc-ee's superfan could one be? Apparently devoted enough to sustain an entire merchandise empire. The food ailes were just as robust. Branded pasta sauces, honey, spices, jams, and even bath and body products lined shelf after shelf. In a zombie apocalypse, you could probably survive stocking up here alone. I was most amused by lotion and soap scented like bucees praline pecans, one of their most popular snacks. The scent sounds cloying to me and I can't imagine intentionally wanting to smell like that, but there's really something for everyone here, no matter how niche the desire.

The grounds are well-kept, featuring some lovely rose bushes and other shrubs. We particularly appreciated that the rest stop was tucked away in the woods aways from the highway so you could escape some of the road noise. The building is very nice too, with some educational exhibits inside! Like a mini museum on the side of the highway. Bathrooms are both indoor and outdoor. They were clean and stoked. Looks like there may have been a children's playground at one time but has since been removed? Really the only downside I could see about the place!
