More importantly, Matt the paramedic and Virginia the nurse practitioner were insanely great. Listened, quickly tested me and came back with the results and sent me on my way to healing. Impressive, all for $18

How is there only one person working the front area? Corey is clearly stressed and that is where the rudeness comes in. All she is able to do is point to people and then ask them to sit down. Doesn't check to see if they have appointments, what time they had their appointments scheduled for, etc. The online booking was super easy, but there is no point in arriving on time or early. Basically just sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half watching people who came in after me come and go. I am going to need a covid test after this covid test for the amount of time I just sat there... I would have been better off just waiting the ten days at home with no extra exposure.

Even though we have been Dr. Yagudin's patients for 12 years now we just don't get to see him. His…read morefront office schedules us with different people (paramedic staff who are Ok, no doubt). Although he conducts physical exams and granted he is good at his job, any follow up that may be required takes a lot of time. He needs to be more available to his patients. Just to discuss the routine blood work, the front office took a month and a half from the date the tests were done to schedule a face to face with him! For a regular patient or anyone for that matter this cannot be a reliable primary care physician set up. On top of it the staff is rude. Although they speak different languages which gets them to reach out to diverse crowds, what they lack is basic communication. They need to be polite and treat everyone with respect. They also mess up bills and accuse falsely of not paying and when you provide proof of payment, they shove you in the direction of someone called Carol who is some kind of collections agency! It is unfair and totally uncalled for putting us through such humiliation especially since one is careful about paying. There is no coordination between Carol and the doctor's office either. And everyone is ostensibly "doing their jobs!" What a joke! We expect some professionalism from the practice which seems to be more focused on beauty treatments and Botox and even INS exams which are sure shot money.

Dr. Yagudin is that rare combination of excellent practitioner (he is the PCP of choice for many…read morespecialists in the area) and compassionate person. He stays abreast of all the latest and greatest but doesn't jump on the bandwagon of the month. His wife Vera runs the practice and as a result everything is seamless. I am a doctor snob and he is head and shoulders above some of the big names at the Boston teaching hospitals. Great guy, sees the whole family and we have never been healthier or happier!

You get treated poorly by their staff when asking for assistance to help your care. Messages and phone calls get mixed and ignored. Then you find out later on they just didnt want to do anything nor can give you a reason. Find a provider elsewhere. Laura Sullivan NP and Cody Desouza dont properly take note for your medical care and records. They wasted many years of care for me, I should have left sooner. Find a provider who listens and documents properly so you can have better ease of care when trying to communicate. They mostly want to push useless labs, medications and unnecessary tests to get more billed/money. They dont seem to focus on treatment or what the patient says at all, even after years of expressing and informing them.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience because I left my medical…read morevisits feeling deeply disrespected and unhelped. I have also shared this same experience via Google reviews. Similar to another reviewer, I had a very negative experience with Mariah Black, a nurse practitioner in the APCC program. Throughout my visits, I felt I was treated more like a customer being dismissed than a patient seeking medical care. I came in for an existing health condition and requested time off from work to focus on recovery. Rather than discussing my symptoms or collaborating on a treatment plan, my request was denied. I was told that I had "plenty of time" to recover and that I should "find another job" if I was uncomfortable going back to work. I found this comment extremely inappropriate, dismissive, and lacking in empathy. At no point did I feel that my concerns were genuinely listened to or taken seriously. Instead, my attempts to explain how my condition was affecting me were repeatedly being brushed aside in favor of her own assumptions and beliefs. Additionally, I expressed that I had financial concerns and could not afford one of her proposed recovery options. At the time, I was reassured that this was understood and would not be an issue. However, I later discovered in the clinical notes that this was documented very differently. The notes stated that I failed to follow the treatment plan, and this was then used as justification for denying me additional time off from work. This contradiction left me feeling backstabbed and left me feeling misrepresented and betrayed. I have been a patient at the Southborough medical practice my entire life, but will now be looking elsewhere for care. I expected compassion, honesty, and collaboration from medical professionals. All of that was entirely absent here. If you are assigned to Mariah Black, please consider my experience when deciding where to seek care. I would not want anyone else to feel as dismissed and unsupported as I did.
