I came in this last Saturday and everyone in the office was super nice and welcoming! They eased my…read moreevery anxiety and actually listened to my concerns. So many urgent cares and doctor's offices these days act like patients are wasting their personal time, but this one didn't. Literally every person I talked to had a smile on their face. As someone with major doctor anxiety, this location was very refreshing and accommodating. I will say that it was very hard to find a parking spot with all of the retail stores surrounding it, so be prepared for that. It would be nice if they had designated urgent care parking so patients didn't have to walk across a hot and crowded parking lot with a fever, but you can't have everything. Regardless, this location will now be my go-to for any urgent care issues!

Im sitting at the table and hear the black lady asking the Hispanic lady why did I still have the key? If my items are locked in the establishment cabinet for drug test and i don't produce enough urine sample the first time around I have to wait. I'm right here I can hear. Also speaking on other patients information while there in the back isn't patience confidentially. Learn how to train you staff to be better when handling information it doesn't show quality care.

I took my first COVID-19 test today at this HealthCareClinics location. Overall, they do the job,…read morebut I plan on visiting another clinic in the future. Pros: - I received my results within an hour of leaving my appointment. Other locations take multiple hours or even days. - Customers shouldn't have any trouble parking in their spacious lot. - Their lobby enforces social distancing, which includes chairs spanning into their hallways. - I found their receptionists courteous, and they processed my co-pay quickly. Cons: - They had my correct health information on file, but they couldn't process it, initially. (The clinic should've rechecked before calling me twice.) - To better enforce social distancing, the clinic could've processed payment over the phone instead of in person, and they didn't use gloves when handling my ID or credit card. - I arrived at 11:30 am and didn't get my test until 12:15 pm. - After receiving the test, they closed the door, and I sat there for twenty minutes. I then went into the hallway to ask a nurse if I could leave, and she said yes. In conclusion, would I go here again to receive another COVID-19 test? Maybe. I appreciate their quick turnaround time, but I plan on visiting another clinic in the future.
