    Waiting 50 minutes so far after my appt slot. No sign of anyone. Machine did take my credit card at checkin, though. CVS has priorities.

    Didn't get seen until an hour after my appointment time. Definitely the worst MinuteClinic location I've been to. Won't be back.

    Tha pharmacist was u huge help. Made some Otc mess that helped me get over my terrible illness. Very informative..!

So, irresponsibly, they're keeping a small waiting room full of potentially COVID positive people for much more than 15 minutes together. If you didn't have it before you walked in, you could catch it there for sure. The only precaution is that everyone must wear a mask. In the hours I was there I didn't see any staff disinfect the place. Oh and the doctor is walking around with the same set of gloves on as she sees patients. No, she did not change her gloves upon coming into the examination room to see me. Normally I have no issues with this clinic, but today the whole thing was wrong. Irresponsible and unsanitary. Edited to add: management contacted me immediately after I gave company my feedback. They've changed the procedure for COVID testing back to appointments to minimize exposure. They also acknowledged doctor not changing gloves is not okay and will address accordingly. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars after this new development.

I understand delays can happen--especially around the holidays--but clearer updates and transparency would have gone a long way. A visit in 2022 and 2023 was not billed correctly and it was submitted with insufficient information to my insurance company, bear in mind I go in for almost the same issue most times,so I know my insurance definitely covers these treatments.My insurance company has reached out numerous times to get the records, but carespot has ignored the requests,so it shows as unpaid, unpaid due to their negligence.I even called this year asking them to please send the insurance The requested documentation, but nothing. My most recent experience was nothing short of humiliating and unprofessional. I was denied medical treatment due to a billing issue caused entirely by CareSpot's failure to send requested documentation to my insurance company. The insurance clearly stated in writing that they were waiting for medical records from CareSpot that were never provided--yet instead of resolving the issue, the staff insulted me in the lobby and refused to treat me. Despite my long history as a loyal and responsible patient with no unpaid balances, they treated me like I was trying to dodge a bill. This was not just poor customer service--it was a complete disregard for human decency and basic medical ethics. If you care about respectful treatment and responsible billing practices, I highly recommend going elsewhere. No patient should ever be denied care due to a provider's own administrative negligence.

No one informed me that the woman performing the insertion would be unable to administer a cervical block (which was recommended by friends and family who had the procedure done there as well). I let it go, but upon meeting the doctor performing the insertion, I was quickly annoyed. She was incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns. She was unable to properly insert the IUD (not due to fault on her part), however she continued to try, leaving me in extreme pain and uncomfortable. Given her dismissive remarks at the beginning of our meeting, I was not sure when I should call it quits. Finally, I started crying from the pain and she stopped. I then attempted to schedule another appointment. This process was drawn out over 2 weeks. First, I kept hearing the message that plays when the office is closed, even though they weren't. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they were working on it, but couldn't do anything to help me. I kept calling multiple times a day. Finally, someone got ahold of the scheduling people. They had a question for their supervisor and would call me back. Of course, no one did. As I said, this went on for 2 weeks until I finally managed to get an appt. I scheduled my next appointment through this office with the actual OBGYN downtown. My appointment was set for a specific date that I would be able to travel into town as a college student and at 8:30am. I made the trip back to town and never received a confirmation call as I normally did with the office. So I called the day before my scheduled appointment and was rudely told the appointment was for 2pm the next day, not 8:30am, still downtown. Annoyed, I said okay and made new plans to get downtown. Upon getting to the downtown office, the receptionist informed me my appointment was actually TWO weeks away. I was incredibly frustrated given that I had JUST confirmed the day before. Fortunately, the downtown office was incredibly understanding and squeezed me in. The Mandarin office is, however, incredibly unprofessional. The medical team made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed, while the remainder of the staff was continuously rude over the phone and failed to inform me of appointment changes that they were making without consulting me.

Jacksonville FL 32223 and signed in for our appointment. The woman, Brooke, handed me a bill for $165. Surprised, I explained that my child has Medicaid as a secondary. She said you have to pay this first or we WILL NOT see him, then we will credit your account when Medicaid comes through. She said they would not refund my money directly, only credit the account. I reminded her that my other son had the exact same thing done with the same insurance and same doctor just a few years prior and we were not hit with a surprise bill. She said this is how it is. She did not double check our insurance, she did not try to investigate. Just threatened to cancel his appointment if I did not pay. Upset now, I said Well, obviously then I have no choice since he needs this work done. I signed the paper and attempted to give it to the woman I had been talking to- Brooke, but another woman came from behind her and said Well NOW your procedure is cancelled because you are rude. I had just heard the threat of my child's care being cancelled two times and I'm not supposed to be upset? And now here's a new reason for cancelling him?? It turns out they had the incorrect insurance. They never collected my insurance cards, they never bothered to investigate why this was so different from my last son's experience, they just said I was rude for questioning and being upset by an unexpected bill and cancelled his appointment. We've had so many appointment cancelled without even knowing until we walked in- We left due to poor office management before, and we only came back here for Dr. Moore to do my son's extractions. Man was that a mistake. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The lady on the line despite having my file up knew nothing I already provided and made zero attempts to ask if I wanted a different day. Just said ok bye and hung up. Mind you the appointment she end up saying I would have to talk is one 4/22. If the appointment wasn't available then I shouldn't be about to schedule it. Do better!

    I saw Dr. Khadour a couple of weeks ago for not the first time, but for the last time. As other…read morereviews have pointed out, most of my concerns were dismissed or glossed over. I came to her a few months ago with many symptoms that I have been having for a long time that all seemed to happen around the same time. She pinpointed specific symptoms rather than looking at the big picture. My health has had a huge impact on my life this last year and it has also affected my mental health. Dr. Khadour barely inquired about my symptoms and brushed most of it off and suggested another round of bloodwork. Don't get me wrong, I understand the importance of bloodwork but to not even investigate into the symptoms that I described shows her obvious lack of knowledge and/or lack of empathy. We as a society come to these over paid doctors hoping to be listened to, understood and taken seriously but end up leaving their offices with nothing to show for it. We come to them sick and ill, with our lives interrupted by not being able to function and work. We pay and are at their mercy. A lot of us don't have the options or money to go elsewhere. We are literally sick and tired of not being heard. This has been one of the worst years of my life because so many doctors don't put in the effort to at least work alongside us to find solutions. It doesn't matter to them because at the end of the day, they pick up their bloated paychecks and forget about us. I feel bad for the doctors that actually dedicate their lives to the betterment of their patient's health because doctors like Dr. Khadour give them a bad name and creates divide and prejudice. Our last 5 minute appointment together concluded with her patting me on the back saying "I hope you start feeling better". Dr. Khadour, I am Kha'done.

She took the bare minimum Amt of time with me and didn't even get my whole history or any of my other complaints that a Dr might be concerned about with a patient that has been having issues with blood pressure (180s/110s) and hasn't been seen in 3 years. To top it off, the dr and her MA didn't even take the blood pressure correctly which is why they were getting 120/80. Really?!?! I am a nurse. These things matter!!! I will never be back at this location. The other doctor is worth the drive!!!!
