Sasha promptly got me my paperwork after too There also was a glitch in the system and I was informed after waiting for nearly an hour up front that their system said I had already been seen, I said I have not yet been seen then was informed it'd be a few minutes. The nurse that saw me promptly gathered info and vitals, then I got to learn the entire layout and had time to memorize all of the items in the room I was waiting in from how long I got to stare at the wall. Overall I would not recommend this place solely for the timeliness and paying a good chunk of money (self pay) to wait in a chair. I hope this steers you in the right direction and that this serves as good insight for this location to improve.

Their services cover everything medical.its an urgent care and an ER combined. Lots of available parking. I only waited 30 minutes to get treated. What?! You heard me!! And I left with a shot in each hip and two prescriptions. Im still on the mend, but am sooooo glad we have this gem in the North Richland Hills.

The one that still came after me and parked next to me, grew agitated and eventually walked inside (his phone Call was on his car's Bluetooth loud enough for me to hear). Then I grew agitated and walked inside... only to find out that this car neighbor of mine was seen before me only because he walked inside before. If I only knew I had to walk inside to be seen, I would have ignored the damn sign at the door and walked inside. I would have saved myself over 50 minutes of waiting in the car. Could have been only 10 minutes of waiting. But still no sincere apologies or acceptance of responsibilities.

The facility was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the nurse practitioner, Mary. They sent the antibiotics to my pharmacy immediately, meaning it only took me a little over an hour to receive care and get my medication. I'd highly recommend for convenient care and will definitely return here before going back to CareNow!

They gave me a water and my daughter got chocolate, stickers and a sucker. The facility was nice, modern and clean. They have a prescription medication kiosk. I was then told to sign forms - without being allowed to see them. I was handed a signature pad while the screen faced only the staff, with the forms verbally analyzed by a staff person. When I asked to briefly skim what I was signing, I was met with resistance and visible annoyance. In the exam room, another staff member echoed this attitude, saying, "So I heard you want to read the forms?" I was questioned as if my request were unreasonable and was barely allowed to view the screen, which was dramatically tilted away from me for no conceivable reason. The disorganization continued: my vitals were not recorded until later prompted, I was left alone far longer than promised after my test results were confirmed to be available, while staff chatted about non-work matters outside, and my discharge paperwork was incorrect. The provider prescribed meds for a confirmed diagnosis and a possible alternative, but the medication for the actual, confirmed diagnosis was missing from my paperwork until I pointed it out. Overall, the experience was chaotic, dismissive, and error-prone. I left with no confidence in the care or treatment I received.
