Steer clear of this place, they care zero about the patient but only about making money! I was seen…read morefor an inflamed nerve in my leg and given a prescription. The medication lasted 9 days after which the pain started to return. I called them on day 13 to have them renew my prescription or get me another that would eliminate my pain. I was told that their policy was they would only prescribe a new medication within 9 days of being seen and I would have to come back and pay another $179 to address my issue. My prescription didn't run out until 9 days passed! They also said my NP who prescribed my medication was off that day and and another attending would not write a script without seeing me first for another $179. What... I guess the other attending couldn't read my file, or even make a phone call to the NP??? This place is nothing but a money grab, forget being cared for like they care about you, it's all about the money!!!!!

This place is fantastic! I saw doctor Ted who took a lot of time explaining my medical condition…read moreand gave me choices about how to be treated. He was very thorough and efficient and listened to what I had to say and answered my many questions. He even has a good sense of humor, which is rare for doctors. He did not act like he was in a hurry and just wanted to get me out of the office like most of them do. He encouraged me to call or come back if I had any problems at all. Very good experience here. I would highly recommend it.

During our first visit, after waiting around 30-45 minutes, our name was called. As we were walking towards the back with the nurse, she began questioning whether or not she had the right patient. That was odd because she had our chart and called our name, but apparently the procedure room was in use and they weren't yet ready for us. We returned today for a scheduled appointment to have stitches removed and were told that due to some walk-ins, we would have to wait while they took care of them first. What's the purpose of scheduling appointments at all? I'm not saying that they should make walk-ins wait, but I do feel that they should have staff available for both our they shouldn't schedule appointments.

The name literally has "walk-in" in it! But apparently they do not take walk-ins... First off I tried to schedule an appointment online first thing this morning, and there were 3 appointment times available for later in the afternoon. Once I had selected a time and entered my information, it popped up saying that appointment time was no longer available and to call to schedule. I went back to the home screen and there were now no appointment times showing available. About a half hour later, I called and had an automatic answering. It stated that this is a walk-in clinic however you may pre-schedule online. It also gave the option to talk to a representative and once I clicked that prompt the line disconnected. Instead of trying to fight with scheduling an appointment , I decided to make the 40 minute drive there since it is a WALK IN clinic. I got there and the front desk lady told me I had to have an appointment and the earliest one was almost 3 hours from when I arrived. I told her I tried to make an appointment online and calling in, but neither one worked. Needless to say I didn't have time to wait three hours because I have a baby at home who I had to get back to and I wasn't going to make that long drive again. The most frustrating part besides it saying that it is a walk-in clinic, but refusing to take me as a walk-in patient was that there was absolutely no one in the waiting room! I highly suggest renaming your practice something else if you're not going to be a walk-in clinic!
