I wasn't feeling…read morewell and decided to go to a new urgent care called fastpace urgent care in Harrison tn, I wanted to try this place because it was closer to my house but big mistake I ended up waiting for 2 hours to be seen just to be told to take a nasal spray and rest like really I'm sick, so I don't recommend fast pace urgent care in Harrison tn they are awful they make you feel uncomfortable and acting like I didn't matter, not to mention waiting for three hours!!! but anyways on the next day I decided to go to physicians urgent care this one is closer to my work but father from home but I've been hear before and absolutely love the staff here !!! physicians care Hamilton place is truly the best every time I go it's professional the staff cares and takes time to listen to what's wrong with you and gives you medicine to make you feel better, all staff members are so friendly and caring, I wasn't feeling well at all I got prescribed some antibiotics for my sinus infection and cough medicine. Note, he made clear to the dr that he has had other steroids and didn't have that reaction. It was just this one. (Which she then tried to gaslight me on and tell me he didn't tell her that and didn't tell her the symptoms were continuing. I was in the same room. I hesrd him.) Apparently ignoring that, the dragon said he would have this reaction to ANY type they put him on and that he should go to an ENT because they don't have what they need to do further tests that they couldn't do. (For what? She didn't say. We already knew he had an ear infection from his first visit and the steroids WERE helping until he had the reaction.) When I asked if she was refusing further medical treatment at this time she said No! Of course not! If he wants to come in- Apparently having forgotten that she had said before that they didn't have what they supposedly needed to test him. Insurance fraud on top of everything?

I don't see anything good coming from this , due to the NP being untruthful about what happened, we will never use this facility again, and I still advise against anyone with a special needs family member from taking them to this clinic and I plan on letting other families in the community on other social medias know about this NP at this location.
