You have the option of phoning in for an appointment, registering online or simply just walking in. The wait is not long because there are usually two physicians on site. There was only one person ahead of us so and Heather got us in right away, she throughly checks out my son and the total in and out time was 20 minutes.

After waiting for nearly an hour, the nurse came out and informed me--as well as another patient who also had a scheduled appointment--that she would not be able to see us. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and professionalism. The clinic's posted hours indicated it was open until 7:30 PM, yet told at 6:55pm, we wouldn't be seen. During that entire hour, only one patient was seen. Had we been informed sooner that appointments could not be honored, we could have made other arrangements instead of wasting our time. The nurse was rude and dismissive, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. CVS needs to address the staffing and management issues at this location to prevent other patients from experiencing the same treatment. Very disappointed. If I could leave no star, I would! My kids and I got really sick before the Christmas holiday and needed to be seen. Thank goodness they had lots of options still open the next morning (and same day). We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. No one was in the waiting room (assuming they were seeing patients). 15 mins passed our appointment time one patient came out and two staff members (one from each of the two rooms). That's when the NP told us "we'll be right with you." Waited another 10 minutes before we were called back into the room. The NP was the only person seeing patients as the doctor lady wasn't seeing anyone the entire time we checked in. The NP was really nice despite our long wait.

I spent over a month trying to get answers about a prior authorization. During that time, I repeatedly followed up with the office and my insurance company, but I never received clear communication about what was happening. What was most frustrating was that I was told they were still waiting on insurance, yet when I switched to a different provider, the new office was able to submit a prior authorization and receive a determination very quickly. That left me questioning whether my case had been handled appropriately in the first place. The final phone call was what made me decide to leave the practice. When I called for an update, I was told that I was "the only one" having this issue and that everyone else was getting approved quickly. As a patient who had spent weeks trying to get answers, I found that response dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of feeling heard, I felt blamed for a situation that was already stressful. Patients dealing with insurance issues need communication, transparency, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I ultimately had to find another provider because I no longer felt confident that my concerns were being taken seriously. I hope the office improves its communication with patients, especially when prior authorizations and time-sensitive medications are involved.

I greatly appreciate the respect this establishment has for their patients time. The physicians and staff here are thoroughly friendly, professional and top notch! I like the automated call the day prior to your scheduled visit to remind you of your appointment. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the bathrooms are "pristine." They even have little touches like electric outlet, covers to protect any little ones who may be there. Looking out for the kids. I love that! Some of the offices have water coolers. It is basic hospitality to offer a cold drink of water on a hot day. Today was one of those dog days of summer when a drink of water would have been nice. Every thing else is copacetic so being thirsty is a small price to pay.
