Honestly, if the office manager had listened to my call about my experience without only saying 'uh…read morehum', I wouldn't be writing this review. But this goes to the whole point of why I walked out on my appointment to begin with. The nurse didn't want to listen to my concerns. They had sent me to an orthopedic surgeon only to find out that the doctor I was referred to didn't treat that area. So they next referred me to a cosmetic surgeon. What??? But wanted me to get nerve block for what I'm now being told is a cosmetic problem... Why do I need a nerve block, which is a pretty painful process with inherent risks, for something cosmetic? I still don't know. The nurse wasn't able to communicate why this was the course of treatment. And when I persisted, she ENUNCIATED that there was NOTHING wrong. That she was done and left the room. I wasn't rude, nor did I raise my voice. I only sought to understand how, with the same test results at hand, they referred me to two totally different types of doctors. And I was supposed to get a nerve block (which when I asked about it, the nurse said she didn't know where the intercostal nerve space was because they don't do nerve blocks there) for a cosmetic problem. I received a certified letter saying that they were formally notifying me that they would no longer serve as my physician after November 30th because there are significant philosophical differences in our views of medical care and treatment. I only sought to understand the course of treatment because it did not and does not make sense to me. I'm not going to willy nilly do a nerve block because I'm told to without a medically sound reason behind it. And if you can't communicate that reason, then yes, we have philosophically different views on medical care and treatment. I choose to be informed and understand the course of treatment and am not going to blindly follow something that makes no sense. The formal letter was not needed as I wouldn't go back to this practice, ever. I walked out for a reason, I burned that bridge. If you have a choice, don't choose this office. I made the mistake and hopefully you'll read this and not make the same one.

I have gone to this Urgent Care both in the height of COVID and recently (Fall 2022). Wait times…read morewere certainly longer the past few years, as COVID precautions prompted employers and schools to have doc proof of being COVID-free. They were absolutely swamped but I personally still felt that they had an organized system that was very conscious of patient and staff health. They even have a few exam rooms that have outside/separate entrances and will call you in from waiting in your car. Now that many precautions are lifted, it seems wait times are more normal. I checked in (Oct. 2022) on the Solv app via my phone and it shows wait time and where you are in line. The office called me when they were ready for me to come into the lobby and head back for vitals. It was right at my scheduled appt. time. Front desk staff was very friendly. Then, Pam brought me back and took my vitals prior to April heading in to examine me and chat about symptoms and causes. She was very thorough, patient, and kind. Sometimes, you feel like just another number in a medical office, but it is clear this staff genuinely cares about patients and their health. I only came to urgent care because my GCP is booked out several weeks(even for sick visits) and I was miserable. However, April mentioned several people use her at UC instead of a general care practitioner...and I'm not surprised. Co-pay might be pricier at a UC facility but the experience was as painless as a doc visit can get. I will only use this office when I have an urgent care need instead of others closer to home.

Under the best it can be a difficult procedure to endure. Nurse Trina N. was the best. So respectful, understanding and caring while dealing with my husband who was experiencing incredible pain. We were blessed to have Trina twice! Surgery to remove a clot went well. Over night stay in was as good as a stay could be. All nurses were fab. Kept my husband well informed on his care.

Emergency Room is Great. ‼ DO NOT give Birth here…read more They will literally try to control EVERY single aspect of your Birth and Delivery Process. The birthing staff was fantastic. The Postpartum Staff were Terrible. Only Great staff besides Dr. Lilly and Dr. Pause/Paws (however you spell it) are Blanche, and Angie. Oh, and the Social Worker. The Hospital Social Worker, Jessica, did her job so well, with Providing Skills and Resources. She went above and beyond. The One Lactation Consultant was also Very Helpful. Amanda was her Name. Honestly. I have pushed out FOUR Beautiful Babies. I know a little about how to push when delivering. I've Breastfed ALL of my Children. I don't need Random Strangers grabbing my breasts, and 6 eyeballs staring at me... and putting unnecessary pressure on me while I'm trying to do one of the most challenging things a mother can with her newborn. Honestly Ruined my First Moments with my Daughter. Literally had multiple mental breakdowns while I was there- from staff constantly entering and leaving, telling me what to do, how to do it, when to do it. Every time I'd go to sleep, I swear 20 minutes after... they would come in and wake you up. I was there 5 days. I got MAYBE 10 hours of sleep over the course of that time. It was like a Mental Torture Chamber. Overall, HIGHLY Stressful. Highly Emotional, SUPER distressing and Very Overbearing. Would NOT recommend.
