They also give you a tracker to clip onto your person while moving throughout the facility, just in case you get turned around. There is also a large amount of parking, which makes arriving stress-free. The entire building is beautiful. There are plants and artwork everywhere, and it is very well lit with a strong emphasis on natural lighting thanks to the many windows throughout the space. There is seating available as you walk through the building, as well as multiple waiting areas, which makes the experience comfortable and welcoming rather than overwhelming. Most importantly, my neurologist, Scott Haines, is absolutely wonderful. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure you feel confident and supported in your care. His entire team is just as amazing--professional, kind, and attentive.
