You put your info in at kiosk, it will show you the wait time. It was long, 2.5 hrs( 5 people ahead of me plus 1 hr lunch break).But at least I know when to return. CVS is also fun to shop. It was my turn as I returned. Dr. Strother invited me in and made me feel at ease. It's amazing how detailed yet efficient the whole process was. No writing with pen and papers involved. One on one, face to face, it's like having my own doctor. I loved it! (I know...I was sick but...) I went home and read the clear report, I've learned more about myself. My co-pays was same as a specialty doctor. It is important to ask if they are in-network. Clean waiting area. The young lady that took my blood pressure, pulse and tempature was very nice and professional. The overall look of this place is really nice. My room was clean and welcoming.
