Over a week later, I was unable to locate any tracking information associated with the reference number provided (9589071052703474835793). I contacted the store and spoke with Gene, who identified himself as the manager. He advised me to visit the nearest USPS location, stating the documents should have already been picked up. When I went to USPS, I was informed that the tracking code had never been activated and that they could not assist me because the mailing service was purchased through UPS. I then called the store again and spoke with an associate named Chloe. I requested to speak directly with Gene. She refused to transfer the call, continued repeating information I had already discussed with Gene, and ultimately hung up on me. She also made false accusations regarding my conduct on the call, which I strongly deny. I encourage the store to review the recorded phone call for accuracy. When I eventually spoke with Gene again, his behavior was highly unprofessional. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. He told me to "shut my mouth and stop talking," which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I went into the store in person to address the matter, his behavior escalated. He continued to be rude, aggressive, and sarcastic in front of other customers, displaying anger and harassment that are completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I even have a video I would love to share so you can see his behavior. He denied me access to any higher-ups to resolve this issue. I am a long-time customer and have spent my hard-earned money at this location for years. This experience crossed a line. My documents were lost, no solution or accountability was offered, and I was treated with disrespect throughout the process. Nothing was done to make the situation right. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it reflects very poorly on the management of this location. I would like a refund or for proper accountability to be taken.

I was a bit offended that Eric Hwang would charge to change price for menu board. He stated $90…read morefor the menu board price change stickers, but then decided to charge me additional $15 for changing price fee. I originally did our restaurant menu board with him. Also for the to go menus he wanted to charge fees for that as well! To go menus was also done by him originally but since he doesn't give the original copy, I have to go to him for copies. I can't change prices on it myself. If that's the case, every time I change price, I have to go thru him. He will charge me $15 each time to change price? This is not a good way to maintain long term relationship. I'm very hesitant that I went thru him in the first place since I didn't hear good things about him. I guess I should of listened. I would not recommend him to anyone else. Please be aware. I felt like his services is a money pit.
