On January 9, 2026, I visited this UPS Store location and paid $18.97 to mail important documents via First Class and Certified Mail. Over a week later, I was unable to locate any tracking information associated with the reference number provided (9589071052703474835793). I contacted the store and spoke with Gene, who identified himself as the manager. He advised me to visit the nearest USPS location, stating the documents should have already been picked up. When I went to USPS, I was informed that the tracking code had never been activated and that they could not assist me because the mailing service was purchased through UPS. I then called the store again and spoke with an associate named Chloe. I requested to speak directly with Gene. She refused to transfer the call, continued repeating information I had already discussed with Gene, and ultimately hung up on me. She also made false accusations regarding my conduct on the call, which I strongly deny. I encourage the store to review the recorded phone call for accuracy. When I eventually spoke with Gene again, his behavior was highly unprofessional. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. He told me to "shut my mouth and stop talking," which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I went into the store in person to address the matter, his behavior escalated. He continued to be rude, aggressive, and sarcastic in front of other customers, displaying anger and harassment that are completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I even have a video I would love to share so you can see his behavior. He denied me access to any higher-ups to resolve this issue. I am a long-time customer and have spent my hard-earned money at this location for years. This experience crossed a line. My documents were lost, no solution or accountability was offered, and I was treated with disrespect throughout the process. Nothing was done to make the situation right. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it reflects very poorly on the management of this location. If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid $145 for a guaranteed shipment. The package delivered 4 days late. Contacted the store and they denied my claim. Said it was due to weather but I'm not buying that excuse. They said I could contact UPS customer service, so I did and they sent me back to the store. They also gave me a link to put in a claim at upscapitol that said the type of claim I was submitting need to go through the store I shipped from. Basically I got the runaround. I would not ship guaranteed delivery with these stores or UPS, if it doesn't deliver when they guarantee, they will come up with an excuse that benefits them and there will be nothing you can do about it. read more

Came in to ship a rug. We were first assisted by a nice lady with short hair. She helped us figure out that we would rather wrap our rug than pay $50 for packing material and a box. We bought shrink wrap and tape for $13. After we wrapped our rug we went back through the line and Angelina helped us. She was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. She did so well I went forth with purchasing stamps and shipping something that I was going to go to USPS to ship because I thought it was the cheapest method. Angelina looked into all shipping options, including USPS, and UPS was the cheaper option even over USPS. It was nice to get everything done at one stop. It was even nicer having such amazing customer service. Thank ALSO during COVID they have taped the floor to keep everyone spaced out. There are plastic guards between employees and customers. Instead of absorbing the small cost for Tape by adjusting the prices a fraction of a Penny (1 cent) to accommodate your customers this location acts like using 3 inches of Tape will tear a hole in the universe. I'd avoid this location if all possible. Several angry customers over tape use. AVOID THIS LOCATION 0 out of 5 starts. Tape Nazi is costing this location a lot of business. read more

Online shows package received, showed manager name even. Went to store, girl says it's still out for delivery...hmmm....10:37am was delivered, that's your manager correct? Why yes it is. Pulled the tracking on my phone while she continued to try and show me her computer saying it's not there...then she asked me to ask the UPS driver outside, so I did. He pulled the scan and what do you know, my package was delivered. But it gets better, even with this, they said I had to file claim with UPS...UPS said I have to file claim with the UPS Store...no accountability. Tried to say it was probably coming in a "mass shippment" and just signed for without checking. Yeah, ok. Will NEVER...NEVER use this store again. read more

I stopped by this UPS Store on 1/2 to ship off a broken cell phone to my provider. When I walked in, the employee working was on a phone call and promptly ended it when she saw me. She recognized the box right away for being a cell being returned, asking me to confirm that was the contents. She then printed out a form in two seconds, scanned the package, and slapped on a confirm to the form and handed it to me in a flurry, all while telling me that she was providing me proof that the package was in process, it would go out on 1/4, and to give my cell phone provider the tracking number if they required proof of shipment. I didn't have to ask one question. She knew exactly what I was doing, what I needed and took care of it in one minute flat. I'll be coming back here based on the service and also because it's so close to me. read more

I have gone to this store/location half to a dozen times over the past 5-7 years. Every single time, the employees there were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and you don't feel like they are just trying to rush you out of there. This last visit, I was having difficulty with a project and failing to receive help at other locations. This UPS store didn't pop up on a google search. But then I remembered about them, popped on in, and got project problem solved quickly without hassle. A+, 10! Terrible experience. The gentleman was curt And unhelpful and charged an ungodly amount for an 800 number fax. The prices are not posted and all other ups stores charge the most ever 1.50. I also asked about scanning and he was in the process of doing the fax. He never said the scanning was only 75 cents. Boy I was really ticked when he told me the fax price of 3.50. When challenged about feeling like he could have stopped the fax and offered the cheaper article he got indignant and was less then helpful. I should have refused to pay but I'd been traveling for 24 hours and just couldn't get into a confrontation. I suggest finding another place to do business. Exceptionally pleasant Store Manager, usually very friendly, courteous staff. I always feel that their service is "personalized" and I would love to give 5 stars but I cannot because of one incident. I had a laptop computer shipped to here from California by UPS. The male staff took my notification slip for the package and came out with 2 boxes, mine was at the bottom, as he handed the box on top over to the other customer, he dropped my box. He said "Oops." and that was it. This really annoyed me because it was a laptop computer inside. I told him, "That box has my macbook (pro) in it." and he responded, "Oh I apologize." - Just a casual "Sorry." I came home, opened the box, in my opinion, the laptop was very well protected. I work with Amazon sellers who hire contractors for professional packing. The packing job my mother-in-law did was fantastic. But the box had a big dent from the dive it took at this UPS store. I tried to start my laptop but it wouldn't turn on. UPS sent the pick-up person wanting the whole laptop. They did not respond to my query which I had sent the day before whether I could remove the SSD from the laptop or not. I called them and they said I had to surrender everything that was in the box. I told them I would not give away my laptop with SSD still in it. Then they told me to submit some photographs according to their instruction, which I did. A few business days later, they called the shipper (or her husband to be precise, an 80 year old man), to say my claim had been denied and they were not responsible for the damage caused to my laptop. One broken laptop later, I still have my mail box here today and I am happy with the service in general... Ouchie, though. read more

So this place gave me the worst experience ever. It's funny because I don't write very many reviews on yelp, but I have reviewed one other copy and mail shop. And, I had a bad experience there so you might think I have it in for copy and mail shops. This one was actually 2x worse or more. And, let me assure you, there are other copy shops where I have had very good experiences, like Mail Copy and More near Adelaide. To give this shop a break, they may offer some services well. However, let me just say that if you want 10 documents printed double-sided (a few of which are about 40 pages) don't go there. The way they printed it was like one long document where the next document printed on the back of the last one, for quite a few. I needed them as separate documents to provide to different departments at my work. This seems like such a basic issue and before they started the job I made it very clear that I needed them back as separate documents. The weirdest thing was that the staff didn't understand afterward why that would be important. Just strange and they would neither do the job over (even though there was still about an hour until closing) nor refund my money. They referred me to their manager whose hours were in the morning. I called the next morning and the manager told me I would have to come back in person and show him the documents. He also seemed to think I was harassing him which I was not, although I was flabbergasted to be treated that way as a customer. I needed the documents for work--my own printer was down--and my employment doesn't allow me to just take a break and go to the copy shop any time I want during the work day, which is when his hours were as well. I had been served by the employee who was helping me this time in a previous visit, and I happen to remember that I liked her that time. But really, I was treated so poorly and from the attitude I perceived as getting from them I wouldn't be surprised if they said they treated me well and that I was being unreasonable. I am disappointed. Went to pick up package today. First the tell me it's not there. I received alert on my phone that four of the package was ready for pick up. So she looking for the items come back to tell me it's not there. Just so happen a woman came back and had all four of my items from old navy stating she did not understand why her husband was given the packages that was not there. No what is going through my mind is that had she never return with my packages I would have been with out it. So later I received the final notification the last package from old navy arrived after I picked up the four. I return after running errands show them the notification they tell me it's at another location. Call the main number they said it was picked up. So now I am with out the item because nine times out of ten. They gave it to someone else. I am disappointed and pissed because my granddaughter will not have the item to go with the pants. The clerk gave me options for next day air despite the covid guidelines and delays that are currently going on. He promised me that my package would arrive exactly the next day. So I paid for next day air for over a hundred dollars! My package was still delayed for another 4 days. I don't appreciate that clerk lying to me and guaranteeing that my package would arrive on time. Stop lying to customers and giving them the options for next day air when you know they're wasting their money. I've tried contacting corporate but they've been no help. Stopped in here to ship a few packages. Cody was very helpful and patient in helping find the cheapest way to ship. He also labeled each tracking number so I knew which one to give my recipients. Only docked one star because I sent 4 identical packages with exactly the same item inside in identical mailers and one cost $0.50 more than the other three. This made no sense and he had no explanation for it either, so it was a bit annoying. Otherwise, great place to take care of your shipping needs. read more

This location is stellar. Since this store was my first UPS Store experience with any regularity (I rented a business mailbox here for a year), I assumed all locations were this pleasant and professional. Well, when I moved to Renton recently, I discovered that was definitely NOT the case. I miss this store! The employees (ALL of them-amazing!) are super friendly and professional, always greeted me right away whenever I walked in, were always very helpful, and basically just always made me feel like a valued customer, which probably in theory is supposed to be the goal of every customer service interaction, right? They also don't charge for having 24-hour access to the store for boxholders, whereas here in Renton I had to pay $15 up front and then an additional $12 per year for the privilege. They also let me have a small box as a business without any grief (I get about 50 checks in the mail per month, and no packages), whereas here in Renton I had to fight tooth and nail to get an exemption to the owner's draconian "all businesses must rent a medium-sized box for $200 more per year" policy. A gem! You guys are the best! Wish you could have moved with me to the Renton store!! read more

Worst experience ever today. I took some items to be shipped ground today & got a quote for over $57 which I thought was outrageous. I brought the items back home & boxed my items up. Then I went to the UPS web page & filled out all the paperwork & the total cost was under $22. I will alway do it myself knowing this now. The guy in the store was pretty rude & not helpful at all. The kid at the counter failed to tell me there were multiple mailing options. I thought the UPS store was ONLY UPS, but apparently they have the mailman come over and pick up regular mail as well. I went in to mail some very sensitive legal papers and I believed I was having UPS deliver them, however the kid chose to mail my documents by USPS and now my documents are missing and the UPS store manager Gene says there is nothing he can do. Gene also spent most of the time on the phone with me telling me how wrong I was. He kept telling me that the kid DID tell me about the multiple mailing options because that's their process - However the kid did not ever mention anything about mailing options. Why would I pay the UPS store to send my mail out to the USPS when the post office is directly next door to the UPS store??? If I wanted USPS to deliver my documents I would have walked next door. The attitude of the guy on the phone ( Gene ) was anything less than professional or empathetic - apparently it's my fault that I didn't know that they offered USPS service. When I called the store and spoke with Gene, It seemed as if I was talking to someone about something they truly couldn't care less about.
