I have been coming to this location for 5 years to get prints made of my art. I have always been helped by who I assume is the owner, she's always been helpful and kind to me. Today I went in to get one print made that I've had more than 50+ copies made last summer at this same location and I was treated horribly. There was a whole new team of people and when I asked to talk to the owner about hopefully getting some clarity as to why the new print didn't match the old one I was told that she was retired. I only asked to talk to her because she was the person who had helped me with these prints in the past and I thought she might have some insight. She did end up speaking to me and in doing so I was made aware that the file I had on my thumb drive wasn't the same so that's why it didn't match. Okay, my fault for not realizing they were different files but now the size I had requested wasn't matching up. I'm not super knowledgeable on printing so I was unaware that the size was different. Again, I've have over 50+ of these prints made in the past and they sized them for me. Today they couldn't help me though? I never raised my voice or argued, I was simply trying to understand why this print wasn't looking like the ones they made previous. Even thought the files were different I still wanted to go ahead and get the print made. One of the newer female employees actually said condescendingly "I don't think we'll be able to make you happy today" which I didn't respond to because I was so taken aback by how uncalled for that was. This wasn't about making me happy, it was about the fact that I've had this same thing printed here and no one wanted to help me get it close to looking like the print they had made previously. Another employee went out of his way to help me in the end and I thanked him for doing so. Thank you again to that gentleman who took the time! When I went to pay, the female employee wouldn't take my money, she treated me like my money wasn't good there. I told her I wasn't trying to be difficult and she gave me a rude look. I'm not sure if she didn't like me because I asked to talk to the owner real quick or if she was discriminating against me because I'm heavily tattooed but it was clear from the beginning that she didn't want me there. I am so upset, I've spent a lot of money here and I always try to support small businesses but this one I will never return to and will go out of my way to tell all of my artist friends to do that same. read more
