Eric is the best! The company I work for has been using Copy Central for a couple of years now. Eric has always made sure anything we made, carbon copies, brochures, receipts, folders, etc. has been the best quality. They have a pretty quick turnaround time as well! I have also used Copy Central for my own personal business in real estate and the work they have done for me has always been perfect! Eric usually catches any small mistakes or will let us know if any artwork prints wonky. I have worked with Jose a couple of times and he is also super friendly and knowledgable. I have visited Copy Central a few times to print, and so far, I have not been disappointed. There are times when my resistance to having a printer a home catches up with me (like...when I need to print documents), and I'm happy that there are places like Copy Central around. During my most recent visit, I sent the form that I needed printed to a company email address, and I was promptly assisted. Given COVID-19 precautions, facial coverings are required to enter the store, and an employee met with me at a desk located at the front door. He was friendly, and I appreciated how quickly he helped with my printing needs. I would definitely visit again. read more

Wish I could give 10 stars. My mothers 70th birthday is approaching and I was in need of a scan/reprint of a large photo we took in 1972. As you can imagine a 50 year old photo had its issues (tears, creases, holes, fading, etc.). I e-mailed Eric regarding the need, issues and turnaround. Less than 12 hours later I have a smile on my face that won't be fading for quite sometime. To say I'm a satisfied customer would bring a new meaning to understatement. Sarcastic. I told the gent that I've gotten 2'x3' color copies at Printnerd on San Fernando Road for .25 per page. He charged me almost $40 for 13 pages. That woulda been less than $4 at Printnerd. He said, "Well then you should go there." He said no "thank you" for my $38.70, and as I walked out he called after me "Good luck!" Sad. Avoid if you can. read more

This place is great! Had to print some Holiday cards last minute and these guys handled it. They printed my file, cut down the card to be 5x7 and even perforated it so all I had to do was fold it in half :) so helpful... and very reasonably priced as well! I came here recently because I needed a large design printed on vellum paper. Because of the nature of the paper my home printer kept on smearing the ink on the design. I came here to see if they could make my print without smearing and to my delight, they did!!! Thank you Copy Central!! This place is a life saver. Due this week, I had to have three copies of my close-to-100 page master's thesis specifically in velo-bound. The manager, Brandon, was helpful, friendly, and he got my copies done super fast. He gave me a chance to double check the copies and helped me with my colored prints. Brandon even stayed almost an extra half hour after closing to help me get my job done. (I came close to closing time). I even got an extra 15% off for checking in at Yelp. The price is much more reasonable compared to other copy places like Fed Ex (Fed Ex quoted me a price almost three times as much for one copy). If any of you are looking for a place to print out big documents like a master's thesis, this is the place to go. :) read more

These guys are great. I had a rather difficult printing order with photos and a difficult lay out pattern. This particular order, which I was mailing out was a direct reflection of my wok, so needless to say, I was quite particular about it . I came here to get a picture printed out for a gift, I did it last minute and needed it asap. I dropped it off at 1pm and was told it would be ready the next day. That wasn't good for me, I needed it the next morning and would not be able to make it in time for event. This place is so awesome. Was welcomed very warmly and promptly by Brandon. Explained to him that I needed baby show invitations printed from a template I purchased off of Etsy, preferably done today before 3. He assured me that wouldn't be a problem and printed me a test copy. After that he went ahead and put in my order for 40 invitations and was even able to get them done before the 3 o'clock deadline. Needed to get some custom binding done, this was the only shop that told me right away they would do the job I asked. It involved thinking outside the box a bit. They did a great job binding about a dozen books for me. First time I've felt confident leaving my prints without fear of it being ruined by incorrect trims and binding on wrong side. Who raises their prices in a recession? Copy Central does. Let's put it this way, I wasn't coming in for the friendly customer service which I've never experienced in this place--it was the 3cent copies, that were worth dealing with the not so socially inept personalities. Now that they've raised their prices to 7cents bye-bye copy central. I came in today and felt like I dove into a bath of bad vibes. I made my own copies, and one of the pages got jammed in the printer. The guy behind the counter said this hardly ever happens. He tried to pull the jammed page out, and I told him I will do it since the material I was copying was someone else's. He told me that I wasn't being gentle with it, and he'd rather do it. Yes, this rubbed me the wrong way. Anyhow, I had to make a copy of an extra page to replace the ruined one, and was still charged for it. How is it my fault if they're machine eats up my paper? Then I was told they raised their prices, and the guy starts going off on all the reasons why. Dude, I don't care why, I just want to do my business and leave. Anyhow, I told him I was going to go to another printer that charges less, and his reply was "if he can afford it, great for him." He was still talking to me when I was out the door. When is it ever appropriate to treat a customer like this?? I left the place feeling emotionally drained, and no, I won't be going back. read more
