Went in to have my documents scanned and was approached by a rude "manager" named Mike. He took my order on some random scrap paper and said no one was available to assist me. He mentioned nothing to me about cost and since i had done business there before, i didn't imagine I'd be charged an outrageous amount for a small job anyway. I had to come back an hour later to find that my order still hadn't been completed. I waited another 25 minutes. The staff was kind. One lady (don't know her name) and another guy named Thomas, were apologetic and hurried to get my documents scanned onto my flash drive. When i was rung up i was shocked that i was being charged $10 for my job. Even the staff was surprised at the price the manager Mike had "come up with". Staff said they had never heard of that amount to charge just for scanning 10 pieces of paper onto a personal flash drive. I asked to speak with Mike and of course he stood 15 feet in front of me acting busy and decided it wasn't worth his time to come by and speak to me. The coward sent over Ascencia, another "manager", who said the price was what it was and nothing could be done about it. She was rude and sarcastic (no surprise, a woman coming in the defense of a coward). When Tom kindly stepped in to answer a question i had repeatedly been asking and getting ignored by Ascencia, she raised her hand at him and shut him up. Poor kid. I can't stand rude women. I kept asking for the name of the person above Mike. Or a customer service number i could call and privately complain about this rude service. I was told by her that the information of the persons in charge could not be disclosed to public! And the only way i could file a complaint was to email the general BJ's account that all staff, including Mike and Ascencia, had access to. Hilarious! Surely the minute either one of them saw my complaint it would disappear. And as i suspected, two weeks later no one has replied to my email complaint thus far. read more

For my friend's project, he has been making a film throughout the semester. With the finishing touches happening to the film, we needed to promote it, So what's more better to promote the movie than a real, legit looking movie poster! We actually had a an idea going on but we knew it would not be good enough to catch anyone's attention. BJ's printing was where we went in order to have someone view what was missing on our movie poster. The graphic designers of BJ's stepped in and saw needed to be done. With just a few techniques like changing of the text, more lighting in certain places, an additional image being added, these guys have made the posters look 100 times better than it was before! With Christmas coming up in a few months, I wanted to get a special friend a present. We'd been writing a story for a couple years, and though it would never be published, I wanted to give him a hard copy of what we had. So I checked online and found this place does binding as well as printing. I asked for a price quote online, and got one well below what I thought I would be getting for such a huge project. Very happy, and my friend will be too. My only complaint is I had to wait for 20 minutes at the actual location before I was attended to, but once they got around to me, I was happy with their service. This company is a front for something. How do I know because they are in association with Hollywood Playnight Limousines. In fact they are located inside of the same building. Mike is the owner, who's real name is Mohammed. He will steal, lie, and cheat you out of whatever printing project you ask him to work on. I have seen Mike take money from clients countless times and never deliver a product. He treats him employees like garbage and does not pay them on time! The guy who helped me at this place, i think his name was manny was amazing. So I had this great idea for what my stationary should look like, right? But I couldn't actually make an image that looked like what I wanted it to look like. Friend of mine referred me to BJ's printing cause they have printing AND design services in Glendale, my area. AMAZING customer service experience. Walked in with 53 pages of a time-sensitive legal document which needed to be printed asap. Manny appeared to be the sole representative available, he was obviously working multiple projects simultaneously. Without hesitation, he immediately began assisting me, going WAY above and beyond the customer service I've experienced at any FedEx, Staples or any other copy/print shop. We provided diecutting dies to BJ's Printing, and they have failed to pay for the goods. The credit card payment was declined, and the owner Mike refused to resolve payment nor take my calls. We were informed by other suppliers in the industry that they also have negative experience with BJ's. On top of that, the owner does not treat people with respect. He even hanged me up! Surprisingly they are a member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce. Our community definitely needs higher ethical business standards. read more

This company's customer service sucks! i asked them to send me a sample of what i wanted so they kept telling me that they mailed it and when i finally went into the store myself about a week late, and i asked to see the sample which i never received i was told "we are sorry we have missed place your folder with the sample" and when i asked if they can resend me another sample before i order they said OK and they never did but yet they always bug if i want to place the order. really??? just bunch of liars read more

Cause I'm new to the area, I wasn't sure where to find good printing companies in Glendale, but a quick search pulled up these guys so I hopped on over. My personal printer is great, but I'm a small business marketing manager and my printer doesn't have the volume I need for my clients. This, of course, was no problem for Mike and Manny at BJ's printing. Nice joint they have too, clean and professional. They were absolutely amazing! We arranged our graduation programs with this group. The gentlemen who helped us out gave us suggestions on how we can make our program more visible and they created a sample for us that way we can see how it would come out with a glossy finish.
