Wanting to print a few labels , and suddenly I'm being told , "I don't have to take this ! Get the fuck out of here were his exact words . I told him you need help. You need a psychiatrist because you are out of your mind crazy as I was leaving the shop. 0 to 60 , bad attitude , rude , and literally , threatening. He was a probably close to 6 foot man over 200 pounds screaming at me because I said if you didn't want me to print a small order why did your wife tell me to go prepare it to print just put a sign on your door that your commercial you're not doing small jobs.! Horrible experience . Good luck anyone . Don't open your mouth to ask a question and you'll be fine .

We have been doing home building projects for several years and needing to get plans copied for various contractors giving us quotes, and the permit madness which attaches thereafter. An architect gave us a strong reference to NorthBay, and they were not wrong. I upload my files with some notes, and more often than not, he sends me back a notice "You can pick it up now!" before I am anywhere ready to do so. The occasional quick phone call, "Are you sure you want "X"? I can give you better and cheaper by doing "Y". He has also done a quick turnaround small job or two for us under pressure. I actually look forward to going up to see Peter to pick jobs up and chat for a second before he launches to the next job or the phone. No sweat, no worry, made in the shade......

What impressed me the most about their gorgeous space was that they encouraged clients to get their work off their screens and onto the walls. Literally, any time I had a question about anything related to photography or printing, Stuart, Ed, Constance, Chrysta, or Nathan would make the time for me and help me out or give me feedback. I enjoyed printing there and always left feeling inspired because they were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I had all my questioned answered in a timely manner and they were patient as I was trying to schedule this around my dad's availability (we're on opposite sides of CA). Shred City ultimately had a better rate for what I wanted to get done so it was a no brainer. They sent me an email to confirm the service and were able to schedule us within a few days, which was even better. My dad is closing his business of 50 years and needed to shred the contents of 26 bankers boxes. The service was completed on 2/18. The driver showed up at my dad's store, shred the contents, left the empty boxes and that was it, a super smooth process! Then I was able to call, make the secure payment over the phone and I promptly received a receipt and Certificate of Destruction. It cost $208 to shred 26 bankers boxes which I thought was fair, especially since it was a mobile service where they came to us. We have more boxes to shred at my parent's house so when my dad is ready I will contact Shred City again to handle that service as well! Great job!

This is a most outstanding print service. Came from Ohio with 2 days to get funeral remembrance cards printed. Graphic artist prepared outstanding card and this family run business provided the next day at 1/4 the fees available online. Thank you for the outstanding work! Don't even think about another printer in San Rafael. Best ever read more
