I can't overstress how excellent it has been for us to work with Kenny the Manager on a time-sensitive series of print jobs on behalf of an international travel project we are managing. The speed and quality of their work was incredible. I emailed a SCREENSHOT of a birthday invite design and they managed to turn them into gorgeous invites on card-stock. When it seems that so many companies have let their customer service slide these folks are as great as ever! They turned around a business card printing overnight for me, and did an excellent job, and they even had the artwork from seven years ago still in their system! Writing this as we are in the middle of the 2020 COVID-19 Crises and on shelter in place. We needed some emergency signage for our store, along with some community minded messaging banners. He has made for me envelopes, return envelopes, NCR work order forms and business cards. I am much happier with the quality for the paper he uses compared with the printer I used before. With zero knowledge of the publishing business, I discovered Minuteman Press. Mary Ann explained that they could create what could look like a "coffee table" book. She showed me different paper options, made suggestions for the cover, and guided me through the printing process. It took a while, a lot of work on my part, and a huge effort by Mary Ann and Janet, the graphic designer, who solved the complex issues of the cover. Maryann saved the day with a quick turn around of stickers for my son's wedding favors!!! The ones I ordered were stuck in Reno, NV and we had to scramble to get them done within a few hours! I decided to sponsor an event and needed two 4' x 7' banners. I didn't know who could do this on short notice (about a week). I wish I could give this establishment more than five stars, I was blown away by their patience and helpfulness when I went in to have labels printed for my skincare products. They worked hard to make sure everything was perfect, and the prices are very reasonable. I also came in with my crying toddler, and Mary Ann brought out a stack of colorful paper ends that entertained her while my labels were printed. I've had great experiences as a customer at Minuteman Press over the last four years. I have a greeting card business, so I appreciate that Jerry always cuts my paper for a minimal fee. Recently, Jerry generously donated to a fundraiser I organized for a friend who was dying of cancer~ The greeting cards that Jerry made featuring my friend's art were beautiful and brought my friend a great deal of joy before he passed away. We ordered 4,000 catalog envelopes printed in three categories on Friday afternoon and picked them up on Wednesday morning. It is the fastest turn around we have ever experienced.
