She is professional, cheerful and will go out of her way to be helpful. Mail is promptly in our box, we can call and ask if something has been delivered yet, saving a trip if it is not there yet. When traveling we know our mail will be safe and there when we return. We do not need to worry about packages disappearing from our doorstep, they will be safely at Travellers Mailbag. I was considering USPS, but given their current orders from the White House to intentionally slow delivery of mail, and experiencing issues with USPS every time I need to mail something as well as their lazy workers who flat out refuse to pickup outgoing mail where I live...the lamest excuse on the planet for this was the carrier claiming he is "too short" to properly check the boxes for outgoing mail. Last month I sent out my insurance bill, just to see how long it would take, the nearest sorting center is in Petaluma about a 20 minute drive one way from where I live. Due to the intentional delays, it took USPS 7 days to pickup my mail from their blue street box about a mile and a half from my home, drive it a bit over 20 miles to Petaluma, sort it and drive it back the same way to deliver my mail less than 3 miles from where they picked it up. This BS caused my payments to be late. Fortunately the business dealing with my late payment was understanding and did not add a late fee charge to my account. I'm so glad I chose UPS, they delivered the Santa Rosa packages the next day (today - Thursday). I have little doubt the Colorado package will be delivered before Monday. It used to be that USPS employees took tremendous pride in their efficiency, it did not take much to throw a wrench into that system - no thanks to greedy corrupt officials. I know UPS has had their issues in the past, I don't know about their current reputation, I just hope they continue to bring the A GAME I just experienced. The clerks were friendly and efficient even though they were clearly swamped. Thank you to all the employees who worked so hard to get my packages to their destinations within a remarkable time period to boot! I will return. A big NEW YORK raspberry to USPS!! Neither rain, nor sleet nor snow can keep them from making their deliveries, but a POS President and the head of USPS can and did taint the reputation USPS had going for over a hundred years. THE COST We got $20 off as a first time customer. Total bill for 4 bags of laundry was $125.44. We got $20 off on the first time customer discount. See attached invoice. It was about $2.25 per pound which is not bad compared to other wash and folds. ADDITIONAL BAG COST They returned our clean and folded laundry in reusable zipper bags. A cost of $12 for 2 bags. These bags have a clear pocket with our info for how we want to wash and fold our clothes for future pick ups. Our laundry bags were returned stuffed inside of the new bags FOLDED AND NICELY PACKED They returned our closed washed and neatly folded and delivered back with reusable laundry bags with zippers. Highly recommend them if you ever feel overwhelmed and don't have time to do your laundry! We will use them again!

ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

Sarah and her driver, Javier's, dedication to customer service was truly impressive. That said, I'd recommend planning ahead rather than making last-minute requests like I did! Note that their drivers don't work on Sundays and Mondays, so be sure to schedule your box deliveries in advance. ZippGo's reusable box system is a genuine time-saver that makes moving so much easier and more streamlined. 10/10 would recommend to anyone moving!
