They didn't check if I had an appointment or not, and only one person working too. He wasn't the nicest as well, but I guess it's pretty convenient cause it's pretty close to work. I was glad that the Asian gentleman that works there was not working today because he's even more rude after I was told that they wouldn't ship my item in the I was told by where she had said Amazon doesn't pay us when I wasn't even an Amazon customer. I was an Xfinity customer even have to have a box then they wanted to charge me for tape then they wanted to charge me to print the label even though the labels email and they were trying to tell me how they didn't send it to them when I could send it to them. Absolutely worthless. Dropped off two USPS packages, photographed the drop off. USPS added one to tracking, the other has disappeared. Because it was USPS, even though they ACCEPTED the drop off, they told me basically "not their problem". Did nothing to help, offered no suggestions. "We don't know how to do business cards," even their website says they do print them. I went in to the store to order business cards. They said they could do it but to email in the order which I did on Tuesday. I didn't hear from them, so Friday I went in to the store and was told they did not know how to do business cards. I'd already paid for the job, but they said I had to call UPS for a refund. The store practices social distancing. Floor markers were in place. The two employees working were wearing masks. They also had partitions to keep the employee and the customer safe while handling their transaction. Came in to ship a package. The employee I dealt with was very knowledgeable and gave me options to save money. I went ahead and opted for a two day guaranteed delivery, and he was very accommodating. Greeted by a young guy with long hair, immediately I smelt the aroma of marijuana which ok, it's legal, but when I asked him to scan the barcode on my phone he refused and said I needed a label when it says on Amazon that I only need to show my phone for him to scan the barcode, he refused again and said they don't pay him enough to help me return the items so he could print the label. Beware ! I went to the store today to ship a package to Texas. The package weighed just over 3 lbs and was smaller than a shoebox. They tried to tell me the shipping was $85 by USPS ground standard delivery. They also told me the price was the same if I took it to the post office directly. Baloney ! They also could not get my last name right on the order, even though I spelled it 6 times. I told them forget it and took the package to the post office in downtown Tigard. It was $16.25. Disappointed in the degradation of this store - which once was very nice. They see an older woman struggling to carry in a rolled up carpet and they run into the back to avoid offering to help me. Then it needed tape to keep the plastic wrap on and they said that if I wanted it shipped I would need to buy a roll of tape. Amazon would have picked it up for $6 and I thought I would save money taking it there - I was so wrong! Lesson learned. read more

Ladies- So I had to do quite a few Amazon returns because they all have their own return code even though it was one return. The girls who know, know. So all of these items were intimate- bras, panties, Shapeware.... Definitely not items that you want to have a stranger sort through and a busy UPS. I packed all of these items even though some of the codes said I didn't need a box... this has never been a problem at any other UPS, Whole Foods or any other Amazon return situation. The man helping me at this UPS gets visibly frustrated that my items are packed. And start ripping things out of their packages.... When I tell you that as an introvert and a people please there I want to die... I'm not even being dramatic. I was mortified that he is throwing these things all over the place. I was mortified that he was taking things out of the box after I specifically covered them to make sure that no one saw it was inside of the boxes. And I was horrified at his attitude. Most the time UPS employees are actually grateful that I blocked them up because it's less work for them. You just slap on the label and put it in the pile. I will never be back to the UPS, for Amazon returns or any other service. So just be aware that they may ask you and make you feel really bad for something that you didn't even know was a problem!! Stay away. Go to the one in Scholls ferry by target instead. They rock. read more

Last week, I went to the UPS Store to send a package of documents via Next Day Air Saver. I delivered my package to the UPS Store at 1 pm on a Monday and was assured it would go out that day. I paid over 60 dollars for this service, and was assured the package would be delivered the next day (Tuesday). The package did not arrive on Tuesday, and when contacting UPS, they stated that we dropped it off after 7 pm, even though I have the email confirmation from them showing the package was received at 1:03 pm. UPS says it's not their problem. This UPS Store demands I return with my receipt to get a refund. Even though they are able to pull up my shipment history by my phone number, they need my physical receipt to refund me the money? This sounds like a great way to inconvenience the customer and avoid following thru on their "guarantees". This is the second time this has happened to me at a UPS Store. They never follow through, and I'm through with them. read more

Always friendly and we've used 'pack and ship' many times, never an issue. Of course delivery is up to UPS itself (and we've never had issues there either). But the service at the store is great! Now, they have a 3D Printer you can use, so our family wants to experiment with that. We think it's a great way to try it out without buying our own 3D Printer. read more

We sent two packages out of this UPS store. After 2 weeks the recipient had still not received the packages, so we called UPS customer service and according to them our packages had an arrival scan for this store from the day we dropped them off but did not make it to the Tualatin hub for 7 more days. The customer service rep informed me that this store must have misplaced my packages causing the delay. I called and spoke to an employee who was adamant that they sent them same day, or worse case 2 days later. Im not sure who to believe here, but I got zero empathy from the store employee who just argued that it was impossible that they could be at fault. Either way I am not using this location ever again. I will just go to the UPS hub in Tualatin. read more

This store sucks balls. The associates have not been trained on the very basics of packing and shipping. They mumble, do not wear the required UPS store uniform, and have no clue about customer service. The retail shelves are so bare, it's almost embarrassing. I used to work at this store so I know what is expected of an associate and I know how to do things properly(I worked there about 4 years). The associates working there now have no fucking clue.
