Meanwhile, they offered nothing to fix the damage their inadequacies caused. For owners with Saint Augustine grass and an HOA, I highly discourage their services. They do not care and do will not do the needful when there are issues. When I cancelled for 'inadequate servicing' they were sure to force in one last visit for their '30 day cancellation policy'.
