This is the last time I come here. Every time I have come in the past with my sister or mom I've gotten a no chip or dip manicure, and EVERY time it has chipped in under a week! I got this manicure a week ago and it's absolutely falling apart. The top coat is peeling up on all my nails, and completely came off my thumb. What's the point of paying the up charge for dip if it doesn't even last?! I've had dip manicures last me 3 weeks, and this one started lifting the next day. Mani pedi natural nails on Groupon. There was some discussion after they learned it was Groupon. I felt my tech Jenny was just going they the motions, not thinking about customer experience. Could tell by the pedicure I wasn't going to be happy with the quality. The nail wasn't being painted correctly, 2 nd coat didn't cover 1 st coat, top coat didn't cover 2 nd coat. Same for my nails. My manicure which will typically last me 6 days is chipped in less than 24 hrs bc she didn't cover the tips. I did not do any housework either. I shouldn't have tipped but I did. It was obvious they have quite a few regulars, but I will not be one of them!! read more

Terrible. Nice atmosphere and salon and it's a shame they hire some technicians that have no idea how to do nails! I got French manicure that's worse than the one I could do. The lady obviously had NO CLUE how to do it but idk why she did it anyway. French manicure needs a curve! Like any nail tech knows that. She just put a straight line and it's uneven. My nails are filed uneven. Now I have to go to vacation like this. I wish I knew who was good and chosen a different technician... And I left such a good tip which was not deserved. read more

Mio Nail Spa is a hidden gem, tucked away in a nice, quiet area with lots of parking. The owner, Rachel, and the nail technicians recognize their customers including over the phone. Rachel is up-to-date on what salons are doing to ensure the most therapeutic experience. Niko does my nails, and I adore her!! She's so careful, kind, and takes her time. These guys are so nice - Rachel and Wendy worked extra hard to get my wife's nail colors right and Linda gave me the most incredible foot massage ever. We are going to come here for a long long time. Wendy is the only one tech that rushes thru Medi & Pedi services. Needed a new spot for no chip mani and no chip pedi. Nicole and Wendy were great. Salon is clean and welcoming. The prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. They have a reward program which will entitle me to a free no chip mani on my 10th visit. I will use this salon again. read more

Do not recommend this salon to anybody! Although, they advertise only no-chip manicures and pedicures, only two employees can actually do no chip or design. They do not honor your appointment time and will help walk-ins before assisting you. The lady who was doing my nails kept helping other people throughout the process. Also, the nail polish she used had chunky white stuff in it. Even after asking multiple times whether it was messed up, she refused to answer. The polish was so bad that she had to remove the polish and I had to select another color. read more

Definitely the last time I will be coming here. I started coming here last year and they used to do a really good. Now as u can see they really do not do a good job at all. I went there in the morning to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady took me in the back and she messed up my eyebrows one of them is much thinner than the other. She was in a hurry because she had a customer waiting for her to give her a pedicure. I do not feel I was treated well. Got a no chip mani and pedi. I had an appointment but waited for 30 minutes before they started. They could have at least soaked my feet in the mean time. The pedi part was actually not that bad but it did chip away within 2 days. We sat down for the mani and she definitely didn't follow all the steps. She was rushing so much that she cut too deep into my cuticles on multiple fingers. I kept pulling my fingers but she just kept pushing it down with her finger to keep my nails from bleeding. Of course, once the alcohol was applied, it stung pretty badly. The shape of my nails are round, square, squaval. I said something but she sat there complaining about the customers that I couldn't really get a word in. So I let it be and paid. My no chip started chipping within days. I wanted to call them but was so worried about having a bad experience again. My cuticles around my fingers are so bad that I can't go through it again. read more

A newer and nice salon with ample parking space in Bloomingdale. Very clean upon entering and has LOTs of color options. I like that the pedicure chairs are somewhat segregated from the manicure area. Everyone was so nice, and professional. It does only have 8 chairs for pedicure which is nice, so it's not super loud and you can have some quiet time if needed. Unlike other nail salons, the nail techs weren't constantly talking to each other in another language when they were attending to the client, which was assuring (unless if someone needed help translating what customers were telling them in English). Rex did my manicure and pedicure, and he was so gentle but thorough in the whole process! The massage lotion is put in a warmer, which makes the massage even more relaxing. Everyone was wearing masks properly the whole time, which was amazing! read more

They take way too long, over 3 hours for every service, even kids nails. They try talking you out of a design you want with makes you feel some type of way. I really only liked this place because they had a good supply of nail diamonds/decor. But it's not worth it anymore. read more
