I took my friend here to get a pedis. The full scrub and massage. I had, I believe his name was Brian, the best pedicure ever!! It was relaxing and did a very good job. I've been here a few times for fills. It was a good experience. Only when you get the right employee to do your service. Jon i think his name is does a good job. The prices are pretty decent too! This place is newly remodeled, and it looks awesome! New chairs too! It looked so different inside I almost left because I thought I was in the wrong place! Kudos y'all :) I came on a weekday around 1pm, and business was slow. I was helped promptly and was asked to pick a color. I mentioned I wanted something special and showed a picture. The woman I was asking looked doubtful but said they would see what my tech could do. I accepted knowing I wasn't going to get exactly the same. Cue the point at which I recognize my impulse control problems. I was going for pointed nails that have a heart shaped french manicure on the tips (yes, like Pinterest I know I'm terrible) and she said okay- but then we changed the color to candy pink. And then we changed it to candy pink all over with hearts in a different color at the tips. And then we changed it to candy pink, hearts on only one of the nails on each hand, and the rest with glitter. Then we changed it to a small heart design on two fingers, glitter over the rest, and the candy pink. Ladies, my nails look nothing like what I wanted. But they do look great! Definitely appropriate for Valentine's Day- but damn, these suckers are loud. But they are well shaped, clean, and beautifully done (candy pink, hearts, glitter and all!), and at the end, she acknowledged that I didn't get what I wanted, but that in two weeks I could try something else (at this point I laughed outright because any other person probably would have just stuck to their guns, but nooooo, not me. I just keep saying yes until I'm wearing a damn holiday party on the ends of my fingers. So, they're good. But stick to your guns! read more

I went there as they had time to do a ped I asked for someone with experience as I get an ingrown and I try to keep it under control, they said no problem, I get there and the girl that I spoke to was having her nails done by a tech and the other tech had a client. they gave me someone that didn't speak English and kept throwing my foot in the water and grabbing it out. the massaging of the ped was bad, no pressure at all just like a kid doing it and I couldn't explain things as needed as she didn't speak the language. Needless to say, the one that works there was taking up a techs time doing her nails that could speak English and taking them from a paying client and giving them someone that didn't speak the language. This is my go to place for mani/pedis. It's clean, fairly priced and a great selection of colors. They get busy on the w/e, so make an appt if you can, but they do accommodate walk ins. They are all good there, but I have to give a shout out to John who always has a great eye for perfect color combos! They do nail art there too! Thanks to Jon at perfect ten! The bf's mom suggested I go here and I'm so glad I did! Jon is very friendly and super funny! He ripped my old clunky set off (somewhat painlessly) and gave me a beautiful thin new set! I've never had a set so thin before and I love it! I came in here for a standard pedicure tonight and I was way more than happy with the service I received! I opted to get the sea salt pedicure since my feet were very dry and it was worth the extra $5. The girl working on me was very professional and gave me an amazing leg & foot massage. I'll be back here again for sure, but remember to bring cash for tips. They let you pay with a card on any service over $10 but really prefer cash for tips. It's a small business, I get that. I was going on my honeymoon and found a coupon for 52 dollar no chip manicure and reg pedicure (regular price is only 3 dollars more). And thought I would give this place a try. I don't get my nails done very often, so I thought I would try something new. Walking in right when it opened, it was already jammed packed. The salon is very small and was not the cleanest place. But It looks like this place does well for themselves as it was busy the entire time I was there. I got seated right away for my pedicure. I do love the fact that when you get a pedicure you can turn the massage chairs on, but it was not a very good one. The water used for my pedicure was either too cold or too hot. He did a decent job, but I usually like to be a bit more pampered. He didn't use enough lotion and it felt like rubbing latex on my legs. I'm not the type of person that really likes to chat during a pedicure and that's exactly what was happening. I give it 2 stars because the woman did do good on my no chip, but they lost major points for me with the lack of cleanliness and relaxation I felt from the place. I have finally found someone who does not rush, knows how to shape my nails perfectly, and most important- MY NAILS DO NOT LIFT! With two kids, two jobs, I really only get my nails done every 4 weeks. I have gel nails and get a fill once a month. When I used to go to other salons, my nails would lift or sometimes even crack after three weeks. I do not have that problem here. Today I had the worst pedicure to date at the place. Slow and she kept cutting me!! I live walking distance which is the reason I come here often-I don't have to plan ahead. This place is normally busy and there are many regulars. This is also a very clean place-my suggestion is to stop on in but try not to get the older women as your tech. I have been to many salons for nails and brow waxing and by far this has been the best place for both. The only nail tech for fake nails is Dana. Even though she's the only one there that can do it she is awesome at doing acrylics, gels, any type of nail tips. The other lady only does manis and pedis and is awesome at nail designs and waxing. She does some amazing hand painted designs no matter how small the nail. Every place I have gone for brow waxing has left me bleeding, bruised, in pain, or never leaves my brows the way I want. Here they are as gentle as waxing can get. It is a great place with moderate pricing. I suggest anyone to go there appointment or not. read more

Honestly, I don't get to pamper myself very often, but when I do I love a good no-chip mani! I just moved to Bloomingdale, so, with the help of my wise friends on Yelp, I chose this establishment. I called to make an appointment on Halloween (coincident), I even made sure they had a decent artist that was able to create my look. There were 3 ladies and one man just sitting around waiting for customers, yet, my girl Gina rushed me the whole time, because she wanted to leave to take her kids trick or treating. Don't get me wrong, I want a mother to take her kids "trick or treating" as much as anybody. But, if your scheduled to work, that is not my fault!! Don't rush me and half ass on my mani because your pissed you had to work on Halloween. Her work on my mani was good, not great. Her design work was disappointing. I asked for letters and a heart. (She said she might not be able to do the heart) I thought that was kind of weird that she would be able to make a "B" but not a heart. That worried me. Lol please don't get my tone wrong, I'm not pissed. I gave Perfect 10 Four stars, all in all, I left off the 5th star because they weren't as professional as they could have been and I was disappointed with her art work in particular. I moved to Bloomingdale 9 years ago and struggled finding a good nail salon. I went to all the ones people suggested and they were just awful, inconsistent and pricey. After driving past perfect 10 a billion times I decided to try it out. They were amazing! I have had artificial nails, regular manicures, no chip manicures, pedicures and my eyebrows waxed here on and off for around 5 years now. No matter what I have done they do a great job. Very rarely do I find any flaws and if I do they fix it immediately and apologize all over themselves Other salons in the area got defensive with me when I asked them to fix something. Sometimes I go in pretty regularly and sometimes it's more like every 3-6 months. Either way they treat me great every time! I see many salons who only care about their regulars and weekly appointments but they treat everyone the same no matter how often you come in and their prices are reasonable!
