I explained before the service started that my main concern was the amount of dry skin around my toes and that I was hoping it could be properly cleaned up. Unfortunately, I felt like the nail technician was more focused on getting through the service quickly than actually taking care of my concerns. She kept going back and forth from one toenail to another and seemed very distracted throughout the entire appointment. She even stopped to take a phone call, and when someone she knew came in, she became even more distracted and rushed through the rest of the service. I left feeling extremely disappointed. Honestly, I feel like I could have done a better job myself cleaning up and painting my toenails at home. For the price I paid, I expected much more attention to detail and care. Sadly, this was my first experience here, and it will also be my last.

I got a no chip fill in and she skips steps of the process, doesn't have you wash your hands after using the electric file so there is debit under the polish on almost all of my fingers. There's left over acrylic and no polish on each of my fingers. The shape is boxy and inconsistent. This place is in walking distance to my home so it's convenient but next time if they assign me to the same tech I'm going to have to say no thanks. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings so I didn't say anything today even though I should have but it's far too expensive to leave with crappy looking nails each time.

During my dip manicure, the nail tech repeatedly dug her short nail into the sides of my fingers. I asked her to stop, but it continued, and I found myself flinching away at least 20 times over the two hours it took to complete the service. It was uncomfortable and honestly stressful. There was also an awkward seating issue -- the nail tech's legs were positioned under my chair, making it unclear where I was supposed to place my own legs. I've never experienced that before, and combined with the discomfort during the service, it added to an already unpleasant experience. The nails were cut extremely short and filed very rounded, more like a child's nail shape than a modern dip manicure. The color selection also feels outdated and doesn't reflect current trends. Pedicures here are just okay, but overall I've found that consistency and technique vary significantly between nail techs. I truly wanted to support a local business that's close by, but after multiple attempts, I won't be returning.

I was a walk in appointment, and they told me to come back in 40 minutes. Totally understandable, so I did. When I returned, I checked in and then I sat there waiting for another 10 minutes before another woman walked in and said she also had a 6:00 appointment. The staff then told a client whose nails they were already working on that they couldn't continue her design because the woman who had just arrived had an appointment. After hearing that conversation...and knowing I had already been waiting over 20 minutes myself...I spoke up and said that I also had a 6:00 appointment. The other woman left because she was understandably frustrated, and then the staff proceeded to ignore me. I get it if they are busy, but the fact that there was no communication between any one of their employees or me was ridiculous. I finally asked how much longer they think it would be. They said they were finishing a design. (Even though they were about to stop the design to work on the nails of the woman that came in 10 minutes after me) I asked again, and they told me about 20 more minutes. So I was told to wait 40 minutes before coming back, then waited another 20 minutes after I arrived, only to be told to wait an additional 20 minutes. That's completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful of customers' time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be coming here again.
