The original service not being what I requested was disappointing enough, but having me return based on one agreement and then changing the terms once I arrived made the experience even worse. Let me start off buy saying they are over priced and to top it off went to go pay and the receptionist asked if I would like to add to tip on the card and I said yes and the nail tech said do you have cash I don't like tips on card then I told her I only have 3 dollars and she said ok tip me next time horrible techs. Was my 3 dollar tip not good enough?? Make sure to have CASH on you as the techs ONLY accept CASH! GREEDY!!! Its like the techs are just greedy to how they get their tips for so so service. Now onto my appointment, I had an appointment and when I got their, their were 4 people waiting to find out they were walk ins and I had to wait even longer just because they are way under staffed and my appointment wasn't good enough to honor at the time I had made it for. Why take appointments if your going to take walk ins before appointments and over book yourself. FYI when planning on going here your better off just walking in because you'll get taken care of before anyone else! Than theirs the fact that I was told by the tech that if I like their Facebook page and write a 5 star review I'll get 15% off my bill. talk about being desperate for a good review!!! I've been coming here for quiet a while now and I Finally have my favorite Nail Tech besides the owner Jenny that I absolutely love Everyone needs to get their nails done by Penny she is fantastic!!!! My nails finally have gems and different designs every time I come in now, and it's so hard to find someone that loves her their job so much but Penny she is so passionate about her work. This is the second time coming here and I must say that the nail techs are rude! I wanted a no chip and the girl I had kept telling me she was going to do regular polish on my hands and telling me she didn't like the color I picked out and she would pick out my color asked to speak with manager and she was really rude when explaining how I felt the service was never coming back and their prices are kinda high especially when I can't get done what I want. My daughter and I came in last minute, no appointment, hoping we could be seen. We were pleasantly surprised as we were both seated within 5 minutes! The salon is bigger than it seems like from the outside and is very nice and welcoming. It does not look like a typical nail salon that you see in a strip mall - it was absolutely spacious, upscale, and beautiful. 100% head and shoulders above any place either of us has ever been!! Gina was awesome! My first visit to this nail shop. I was told to by my co-worker to ask for Gina or Long. She did an amazing job I got a well overdue pedicure. Patient and at the same time, making sure I was comfortable and all of my needs were met. She has gained a customer for life. Worth every dollar that was spent. I will see her every two weeks. I've come here twice so far, and both times my acrylics came out absolutely beautiful! Smooth, neat, and no cuts on my fingers.they have a really nice playlist going too whenever I go.My tech doesn't talk a lot, but I think it's because she genuinely puts effort into the nails.
